| In recent years,the construction industry has played an important role in promoting economic development,stimulating domestic demand,and increasing GDP.At present,excessive investment in the construction industry,low production efficiency,and serious waste are still common.Strengthening the management of construction project costs is of great significance to improve these shortcomings.The traditional cost management model cannot effectively control the cost dynamically,and cannot meet the requirements of the whole process cost management at this stage.With the development of computer technology,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology emerged as a new information product.Construction companies use BIM technology to manage project cost,which can achieve the purpose of reducing costs,increasing project benefits,and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.This article first summarizes the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,and other related content;then on the basis of the combination of engineering cost management and BIM technology related theories,it is proposed that the introduction of BIM technology to each stage of the project can be a cost Management brings new changes;then compare BIM technology with traditional cost management methods,and find the application value of BIM technology in cost management.On the basis of the above research,we selected Glodon BIM series software to analyze the specific application of BIM technology in the cost management of each stage of the project.Finally,the thesis shows the specific application process of BIM in engineering cost in combination with actual cases.By comparing the effects before and after the use of BIM technology in this case,BIM technology can reduce rework caused by design errors,control construction costs,save construction time,and bring huge benefits to various participants after the application of BIM technology in cost management. |
