In recent years,the level of consumption of the people has increased,and the demand for navigation has been increasing.At the same time,as the country continues to promote low-altitude airspace reforms and private capital investment in general aviation continues to increase,it has injected a strong impetus into the development of general aviation.Xinjiang has abundant tourism resources and a vast territory.Although it has the largest number of airports,the existing transportation airports are also difficult to meet the needs of passengers in the fast-growing areas of Xinjiang.It is urgent to speed up the construction of general airport.As an important part of the air transportation system,the general airport has a rational and balanced planning,which plays a vital role in the construction of the entire regional aviation system.Therefore,this paper takes the demand of Xinjiang scenic spot as an example,focusing on the theoretical methods related to general airport layout planning.It forms a rational and balanced network layout plan for Xinjiang general airport,thus guiding the construction of Xinjiang general aviation system and the development of China's aviation industry.This paper firstly analyzes the existing problems of general airport construction and layout planning at home and abroad,and analyzes the existing problems of China's general airport network planning,and draws the main research contents and technical routes.Secondly,it introduces the classification,function and advantages of China's general airport,and draws the level and function of Xinjiang general airport construction.It also studies several existing reachability measurement methods,classic general airport layout planning model and model solving algorithm.In order to provides a theoretical basis for the general airport layout plan.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the tourist attractions and existing airports in xinjiang to prepare data for the layout planning of general airports in the following text.Finally,basing on the demand of Xinjiang scenic spot and the existing airport situation,an optimized DC-SCLM model is established,and the combined genetic tabu algorithm combined with genetic algorithm and tabu algorithm is used to solve the problem.The results show that under the condition of meeting the demand of 1h,1.5h and 2h isochronology of all scenic spots in xinjiang and guaranteeing the construction of the minimum number of general airports,the number of new general airports respectively needed is 27,20 and 13,and the accessibility of airports respectively increases to 13.93%,31.11%and 45.82%.Comparative analysis in this paper,empirical research and xinjiang"The 13th five-year plan " future airport development planning results,found in the construction of the airport are basically the same number of cases,this paper general airport planning and future planning has 40%,the location of the contact ratio can be achieved within 2 h complete coverage of the scenic area,and the future planning is still 14.29%failed to meet the demand of scenic spots,fully demonstrate the general scientific nature and rationality of the layout at the airport.
