In recent years, with the continuous growth of transportation demand, the number of transportation airports in various regions has continued to increase, and the situation of airport clusters in the region has gradually become apparent. Many large multi-airports have been formed, such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Chengdu-Chongqing,etc.However,because the multi-airport system in our country is still in the process of continuous development and exploration, the airports in the system do not have a deep understanding of this emerging production organization method. As a result, the airports have been pursuing the development of their own bodies for many years, but they have ignored coordination.Characteristic development. There is no close cooperative relationship between airports. In the limited airspace, they are independent and have the same positioning. The homogeneity in the system is serious and the differentiation is not obvious. This leads to the appearance of routes and high flight repeat rates, and the flow of flights is crisscrossed and converged.Common problems such as increased potential conflicts between aircraft and excessive air traffic control pressure make it difficult to achieve a world-class multi-airport system in the long run.In this regard, based on the current airspace structure, the reconfiguration of the route and time slot resources in the system has become a breakthrough in this problem.First, based on the functional positioning, the development of each international hub airport in the multi-airport system is evaluated, and the related issues of the volume characteristics and coordination characteristics of each multi-airport system are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,in order to solve the above problems, assuming that the future integrated transportation system realizes interconnection and interoperability, this paper combines simulation optimization and synergy theory to propose a multi-airport system resource allocation and verification method. The allocation end includes route resource allocation and time slot resource adjustment. It incorporates the idea of spatial physical isolation and proposes route allocation and airline configuration strategies. After the flight transfers,it aims to reduce the overall delay level and considers the time slot adjustment strategy of each airport. The establishment is based on the airport.Priority multi-airport flight slot optimization model, using genetic algorithm for coding solution. The verification end includes the application of TAAM airspace simulation software for multi-airport airspace simulation modeling, selection of airspace operation indicators for analysis, establishment of a multi-airport composite system coordination evaluation model, and selection of relevant indicators as sequence parameters based on functional positioning and air traffic control angles.Analyze the evolution of the order degree and system coordination degree of the configured subsystems. Finally, the full text takes the Beijing terminal area as an example. The results show that the functional positioning of the airports in the system has been consolidated after the allocation of route resources, the convergence and intersection of airspace flight flows have been improved, the number of potential conflicts in aircraft operations has been significantly reduced, and the pressure on control has been alleviated.,Reducing the control workload. After the time slot optimization, the delay level of the capital,Daxing, and Binhai fields is reduced, and the number of potential conflicts is further reduced.According to the evaluation results of the coordination degree, the order degree and system coordination degree of the terminal area subsystems show a progressive improvement trend compared with the prototype. Therefore, the combination of reasonable route allocation and time slot optimization can improve the related common problems in the coordinated development of multi-airport systems and promote the improvement of coordination. However,in the long run,it is still necessary to adjust the airspace structure of the system in order to achieve long-term results.
