China is rich in cultural heritage,and its cultural heritage buildings represent advanced technology and rich culture,and are spiritual places for the people.In recent years,more and more modern industrial buildings have been rated as national key cultural relic protection units.In order to inherit China’s industrial culture and enhance cultural confidence,the protection of industrial heritage buildings has become a national strategy,and the central government attaches great importance to the activation and utilization of industrial heritage buildings.However,most of the industrial heritage buildings were built in the middle of the 20th century,and the early construction standards can not meet the requirements of modern technology,and the lack of routine maintenance,the structural health is not optimistic,and there is even a risk of overall collapse.Therefore,according to the structural safety grade of industrial heritage buildings,and to repair and reinforce them,is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the previous eight batches of industrial buildings that were rated as the national key cultural relic protection units were taken as the research objects,and the structural safety protection of industrial cultural relic buildings was deeply studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)The difference and connection of related concepts of industrial heritage buildings are clarified,and the problem of unclear understanding of research object is solved for follow-up research.At the same time,based on the 23 newly issued industrial heritage protection lists of different categories of industrial buildings in China,the protection information database of industrial heritage buildings is established,and the industrial type,construction age,regional distribution and structural characteristics of 130industrial heritage buildings in China are summarized and analyzed.According to the present situation of the protection of industrial heritage buildings,this paper puts forward the mechanism of the activated utilization of industrial heritage buildings and studies and analyzes the mode of the activated utilization of industrial heritage buildings from three aspects:the establishment of the protection and utilization system of co-construction and sharing,the comprehensive standard protection planning and the multi-department cooperative management system.This summary and analysis work has important economic and social benefits for the systematic study of the current situation of industrial heritage building safety protection in China.(2)Based on case-based reasoning(CBR)and Cobweb model,a new method for structural safety grade assessment of single-story reinforced concrete industrial heritage buildings is established under the protection list of industrial heritage buildings.According to 225 structural inspection reports of old industrial plants with reinforced concrete shelving structures,combined with 12 national standards for old industrial buildings and cultural relic buildings,and considering the safety protection status of the above industrial relic buildings,The construction includes the bearing capacity of foundation(R/γ0S),settlement rate,settlement difference of adjacent columns(mm),bearing capacity of stressed member(R/γ0S),deformation value of stressed member(mm),carbonation depth of concrete member(mm),crack width of stressed member(mm),According to these indexes,engineering examples with accurate and reliable results of structural safety grade evaluation were screened out.A case library of structural safety grade of industrial heritage buildings was established,and the structural safety grade of target cases was retrieved by using cobweb model.(3)According to the results of structural safety grade assessment of industrial heritage buildings,combined with the factors such as safety,economy,timelessness,feasibility and applicability of their repair and reinforcement,and referring to the previous engineering cases with significant structural reinforcement effects of old industrial buildings,Python was used to calculate the spider web structural similarity between the target example and each source example.In this way,the case to be solved can be retrieved from the case base.According to the industrial heritage building structure damage,destruction of from mild,moderate damage and serious damage to three types of 8 kinds of corresponding structure reinforcement scheme was proposed,and the index of 18 parameters for optimizing structure reinforcement plan optimization model,this model can effectively reduce subjective errors and decision time,and the more indicators,the calculation results more accurate,It has maneuverability and practical value.
