| As the national basic energy industry,the development and operation of the power industry is directly related to the national economy and people’s livelihood with the continuous and stable economic development and national security and stability.Hydropower technology has a history of 140 years since 1880.Power generation technology is becoming more and more mature.It is not feasible to achieve technological leadership through major core breakthroughs in power generation technology in the operation of hydropower stations,so as to improve benefits.In the context of deepening the reform of the power market,"cost reduction" is undoubtedly the main way to increase benefits.Optimizing and improving the internal operation and management mode of the power plant is undoubtedly an ideal and operable way.In the basin where the power plant is located,x power plant has realized the innovation of management mode.From "one plant and two stations" to "unattended",x power plant has always been at the forefront of management innovation.Compared with the management of traditional hydropower stations,it has made obvious advantages in the utilization of human resources,the control of production costs and the regulation and maintenance of equipment,and popularized the relevant experience to the river basin and other river basins in China.With the vigorous development of China’s socialist economic market and the continuous deepening of power market-oriented reform,if you want to stand out in the complex power competition industry,you must make a breakthrough in the internal operation and management mode.Since its operation for more than ten years,x power plant has always continuously improved the technical level of personnel and the stable level of equipment,and continuously improved the emergency duty ability.It can make further breakthroughs under the existing management mode,and explore the large shift operation under the "one plant,two stations" management mode.This paper takes the analysis of the large shift production and operation under the "one plant,two stations" management mode of x power plant as the research theme,and the analysis contents include: the current situation and situation of x power plant The difference between X power plant management and traditional power plant management mode,and the optimal design of the existing operation management mode of x power plant.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the existing large shift mode of x power plant,and puts forward the optimization strategy of large shift operation under the "one plant,two stations" management mode of x power plant,so as to provide guidance for the hydropower plant to further improve the operation and management level and benefit of the power plant under the background of the continuous deepening reform of the power market and state-owned enterprises.This paper combs and analyzes the problems existing in the process of large shift operation under the "one plant,two stations" mode of x power plant,and analyzes and puts forward optimization strategies from five aspects: the existing structural framework of x power plant,the process method of defect control,the mode of contract execution,the mode of maintenance work and the management of equipment compliance.At the same time,the large shift operation mode under the mode of "one plant and two stations" still belongs to the frontier exploration stage of hydropower plant management at home and abroad,and a unified management mode has not been formed.The optimization strategy proposed in this paper will provide relevant ideas for the operation and management of large hydropower plants,which is of positive significance to reduce costs and increase efficiency. |
