| The employee training program is essential to the development of businesses,organizes and staff.Specifically,it can help improve business strategies,staff training,and corporate cultural communications.However,mobile internet technology changes a lot to the traditional industry,including staff’s learning habits and attitude.Internet technology provides multiple training methods to decrease the funds of training courses,improve the communication channel,and increase the convenience of learning.Thus,managers should use the internet to improve training effectiveness and application by earning more professionals and company growth.This research is a case study that aims to discuss the current employee training courses program of Corporation A.The current study analyses four fundamental parts of employee training and development programs: training programs,mentoring,managing,and evaluating.It also explores the current situation of the technology courses platform.This study uses multiple methods(e.g.focus group interviewing,online survey)to conduct the research,then run a correlation analysis through the four parts and training effectiveness.The results show that four parts of employee training and development programs all positively relate to training effectiveness,which are the key factors to improve the training program.That said,the four fundamental parts are able to help organizations and teams be more productive and obtain improved business outcomes,leading to a competitive advantage over other companies.Additionally,bases on the relevant training theories,this study presents some specific suggestions to improve the employee training program in Corporation A by concluding some problems from previous studies.According to the advantages of mobile internet technical training and good experiences of the industry,this study proposed improved measures to modifying the current operation situation of the training program and then solving the problems,helping organizations not only be more innovative and agile in responding to change but also help organizations ensure that their labor force meets their current needs and future developments. |
