As we all know,the global economy and information technology are developing rapidly and rapidly,and there is great competitiveness among enterprises.As the competition becomes more and more fierce,the demand for talents is higher and higher in every enterprise,so that talents become the most important to improve economic ability and competitiveness.In recent years,all major first-tier cities have introduced various policies to attract talents,which shows that talent is the most important condition for social development.Similarly,private enterprises want to maintain the core competitive advantage,improve the efficiency of business operations can not do without talent.It is a win-win method to develop the potential of employees,make rational use of and manage talents,and promote the realization of personal value and achieve the company’s goal at the same time.Enterprises want to achieve the rational development and utilization of talent,the most important point is to use the means of staff training.Private enterprises want to achieve strategic goals,want to grow enterprises,we must have the key to employees.Staff training is now accepted by the public to improve the comprehensive quality of employees,professional skills level,the effect of significant low cost one of the methods,therefore,private enterprises for talent training is an important means of staff training.In order to improve the professional skills and personal comprehensive quality of employees,enterprises take a series of purposeful,planned and content measures,not only to train the ability level of employees,but also to achieve the purpose of developing enterprises.To provide strong support for the development of enterprises,staff training management system and corporate macro-goals.Many private enterprises do not realize some problems existing in the company,only pursue high-frequency numbers in employee training,but ignore what employees really want,which leads to the lack of training management system and the lack of attention to training needs.These problems will affect the development of the company,improve the training management level,and reduce the participation of employees in the company training.In recent years,Honghao company uses its own advantages to develop rapidly,the company’s development momentum is booming.However,the company lacks effective means in employee training,which leads to the lack of staff training management and imperfect system.To establish a reasonable and scientific employee training management system,we can solve the problems in employee training.How to perfect the staff training management system of Honghao Company has become an important problem to be solved.On the basis of many existing achievements,this paper analyzes the training work of Honghao employees by using the methods of searching literature,questionnaire and task interview,and finds out the problems in the management system,such as lack of targeted needs analysis,lack of systematic purpose research,lack of scientific content setting,lack of perfect feedback mechanism,and analyzes the causes of these problems,such as the lack of necessary training needs analysis,unreasonable formulation of training content,inadequate organization plan training,and imperfect feedback of training effect evaluation.In view of the existing problems of enterprise training,specific optimization strategies and safeguard measures are put forward.Through analyzing the problems existing in the actual work of Honghao Company and using the mature theoretical research,this paper aims to perfect the staff training management system of Honghao Company on the basis of the current development system and strategic objectives of Honghao Company.Achieve the overall goal of achieving the development of the company.It is hoped that while improving the staff training management system of Honghao Company,it will also provide some experience and reference for other private enterprises belonging to the same technology industry.
