Research On Human Resource Allocation Management Of Y Construction Project Of X Company Based On BIM

Since the reform and opening up,after more than 40 years of sustained development,the construction industry has developed into one of the pillar industries of the national economy.As a labor-intensive industry,people are always irreplaceable resources in construction projects.With the increasing number of construction enterprises,the number of industry employees is decreasing year by year,and the gap between supply and demand scissors is expanding.Scientific human resource allocation scheme is of urgent and very important significance to promote the improvement of construction project management level and improve market competitiveness.BIM technology is widely used by construction enterprises due to its important role in project design,construction management,cost management and other aspects.Its strong information interaction ability and data computing ability provide solutions to the problems in human resource allocation in construction projects,and also provide a greater possibility for BIM to allocate human resources in construction projects.Through a large number of literature research,theoretical research,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other methods,this paper makes an in-depth study of the current situation of human resource allocation management in X Company Y construction project,and obtains the existing problems in human resource allocation management.Combination of human resource allocation and the concept and characteristics of project management,analysis the traditional construction project management of human resource allocation problem causes,adopting BIM modeling the design project of human resource allocation,to achieve project human resource configuration and actual needs in various stages of dynamic balance,finally realizes the scientific nature,the rationality of the project of human resource allocation,Reduce project human resource cost and improve project management level.At the same time,this paper further enrichis the application scenarios of BIM in construction project management by analyzing the configuration and management of human resources in construction projects,and also provides a good reference for other enterprises and projects in the industry to realize the rational allocation of human resources by using BIM.
