With the development of society, advances in technology, people on all aspects of the building requirements are to change. Building gradually to large, complex direction, the situation of the construction site has become increasingly complex.Project management under the traditional model of the face of complex construction environment showed some limitations, leading to all sorts of problems arise during construction, such as irrational allocation of construction resources and waste problems.Due to the unreasonable construction resources planning, resulting in less labor Wogong workers, not timely supply of materials and waste materials, construction machinery can not be on time arrival exit and other phenomena. The personnel costs account for a large machine general proportion of total project costs, a greater impact on the total project cost.Construction industry as a pillar industry of China's national economy, every year is very much started the site, each site is more or less the existence of such irrational allocation of resources and waste, construction waste of resources, all of which add up to quite big. This not only increases the cost of construction, but also a waste of limited social resources. This is for construction companies in the fierce market competition unfavorable policy and nation-building saving society contrary, how to solve the construction labor, materials, machinery of irrational allocation and waste problem becomes a significant.Since the existing project management tools can not effectively solve the construction problem of irrational allocation of resources and waste, which requires a new technology to solve.Building Information Modeling BIM in the successful use of foreign construction markets proved to BIM technology in engineering has a good effect, it is a good environment to adapt to complex projects effectively solve various engineering problems.BIM technology is the construction sector, following yet another technological revolution CAD, it can bring to market new building development.BIM technology can be applied to the whole project life cycle, it is at the same time to solve engineering problems can bring good economic benefits.Based on the above advantages and BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization, simulation and so on, using BIM technology to solve construction irrationalallocation of resources and other issues should be effective. This article BIM technology into the construction of resource allocation problems for the presence of the limitations of traditional methods, the use of BIM technology to optimize the allocation of resources for construction.First through extensive literature research and field surveys, the existence of the current resource allocation problem is described, identify the reason. Then use the BIM technology, and then etwork plan technique as an auxiliary, application Time-Cost optimization model for resource planning to optimize the use of BIM technology project modeling and virtual construction of the new technology with traditional technology combined together to solve the problem of resource allocation. Finally, this optimization method by Case verified the feasibility and effectiveness. The results showed that the use of BIM technology and network plans to optimize the construction of resource allocation is feasible and effective.Application of this paper BIM technology in the construction of optimal allocation of resources, in favor of a more rational use of resources, reduce construction costs,BIM technology in practical engineering has a guiding role and BIM technology for other applications to provide a reference in the project.
