Research On Urban Transformation Pathath Based On Experientalist Governance

At present,the economic quality and development potential of a country or region mainly depend on the process of urbanization,and the level of urbanization is also the core index to evaluate the development quality of a place.Realize the grand goal of modern China,need urbanization and the overall layout of infrastructure concept,and since the reform and opening up,our country in just decades quickly into the urbanization,in this to see urbanization achievements in our country,also want to see for poor planning,theory is shallow,insufficient management ability,and many other factors of ecological regression,road congestion,neighborhood broken,regional historical context dissipation,and a series of urban problems.Entering the new stage of urban development,all regions in China are also actively exploring the best mode of urban transformation.With Guangdong’s "three old transformation" as the pioneer,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Beijing and other cities begin to explore the urban transformation path to achieve high-quality development.Therefore,in view of the existing urban construction problems,in the future medium and long term urban development process,it is imperative to extensively carry out innovative,livable and ecological urban reconstruction projects,and how to implement urban reconstruction according to regional differences and characteristics and local conditions is the core of promoting the process of urban modernization in China.Based on the above background,this paper finds out the evolution and characteristics of urban transformation by sorting out the evolution and characteristics of urban transformation at home and abroad,and the frontier research of urban reconstruction.In the theoretical analysis,it answers the two major questions of "why the experimentalist governance theory" and "whether the experimentalist governance theory can be applied to the urban reconstruction" are chosen,which strengthens the necessity and feasibility of this study.In the empirical analysis,from the economic situation,ecological environment,social life,infrastructure,living demand and land validity six levels of urban reconstruction evaluation system,comprehensive research methods,analysis of our line and the new cities of city level,and a brief summary,then select the excellent city — — Shanghai as a typical,explore its existing problems,future direction and reform.On the basis of absorbing the excellent experience of urban transformation,by exploring the main contradiction of traditional urban transformation,the exploration direction of Chinese innovative urban transformation path is proposed.Finally,the multiple experimental transformation path based on "experimentalist governance" is constructed from the specific strategies and how to guarantee.By exploring the governance advantages of experimentalist governance theory,forming a feasible transformation path,deeply combining it into the practice of urban reconstruction in China,optimize and upgrade the urban transformation governance capacity,get rid of the dilemma of urban development,and make a certain contribution to the modernization process of China’s cities.
