| With the further development of science and technology, electromechanical equipment is developing towards high precision, high efficiency and high automation, which improves the complexity and difficulty of operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment, and then improves the professional ability demand of electromechanical equipment operation and maintenance personnel. At present, there is a problem that the electromechanical curriculum in secondary schools is out of line with the actual work, which restricts the cultivation of students’ vocational ability related to the operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment and cannot meet the requirements of enterprise talents. The concept of working process systematization emphasized the development of curriculum based on vocational competence and task analysis and advocates the integration of the complete work process, that is,"clarifying tasks","making plans","making decisions","implementing","testing" and "evaluating and feedbacking" into the curriculum, which can effectively solve the problem of disconnection between curriculum and actual work. This paper researched the optimization and application of electromechanical courses in secondary vocational schools, based on the concept of working process systematization.First of all, this paper understood the situation of the electromechanical curriculum in secondary vocational schools through the investigation,in contrast to the concept of working process systematization, including interviewing students and teachers of specialized curriculum, observing classrooms for teaching,so as to obtain relevant information and data of curriculum, and coding the data at three levels based on grounded theory, finding out the necessary elements and existing problems of curriculum.Secondly, the "3-3-3" curriculum optimization mode of electromechanical specialty in secondary vocational schools is established based on work processing systematization, starting from the principles, subjects and stages of curriculum optimization. It emphasized practicality, actuality and education in principle,it stressed the cooperation and division of labor among teachers, schools and enterprises in the main body, and it adopted a three-stage mode of analysis of curriculum problems, reconstruction of curriculum objectives and content, implementation and evaluation of curriculum in the stage. And again, the curriculum is optimized through four steps:expanding curriculum objectives, selecting and organizing curriculum contents, formulating curriculum implementation strategies and determining teaching evaluation strategies. Finally, the optimized curriculum was applied.Contrast experiment was adopted, which was divided into experimental class and control class. At the end of the study, the effect of curriculum optimization was analyzed through questionnaires and interviews both teachers and students. At the same time, the problems existing in the application of the optimized curriculum were analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions were put forward. This paper found out the existing problems of the electromechanical courses in secondary vocational schools by combining with the rooted theory on the basis of the investigation,as well as constructed a model of curriculum optimization of electromechanical specialty in secondary vocational schools which is based on the concept of work process systematization, and chosen the course "Electrical Control Technology of Electromechanical Equipment" to optimize, which solved the problem of derailment between the course and actual work, improved the quality of the course, and provided some references for the application of the optimized course. |
