| The power industry is a basic industry that affects the national economy and the people’s livelihood.After State Grid Co.,Ltd.proposed the strategic goal of "three-type,two-network,world-class" in 2019,the ubiquitous power Internet of Things(IOT)becomes an important part of the new generation of information technology.With the proposal of the Energy Internet and ’Internet+’,the Ubiquitous power IOT technology has developed rapidly.From automatic controlling of production processes to the integrated management of power system and the construction of ’smart grid’,the technology of every aspect has become more perfect.The ubiquitous power IOT is a concrete manifestation and application of the IOT in the power industry,which connects power users and their equipment,grid companies,power generation,suppliers,and people along with things to achieve the integration of human society and physical systems.The ultimate goal is to optimize the production,transmission and use of electricity and to improve the safety and reliability of power system.In this thesis,a real-time temperature monitoring system is designed and developed using the Ubiquitous power IOT technology,which is applied for primary equipment in converter station,achieving better application results.It solved the problems of inaccuracy of the equipment,uneconomical of the temperature measurement,poor safety and short service life.The system is composed of two parts:the front-end operation and maintenance monitoring system(lower machine)and the background main station system(operation and maintenance monitoring terminal).The front-end operation and maintenance monitoring system is installed on the equipment wire node,which is composed of various sensors,cameras,main processor units,communication modules and power supply units;the background main station system collects data from the above sensors and image data,then transmits them to the Internet host(receiving center)via the GPRS/4G/SMS networks.The system is stable,safe and accurate,which is fully suitable for the temperature measurement of the primary equipment of the converter station.And it has certain economic benefits.This thesis focuses on the ubiquitous power IOT communication technology,real-time detection system design and development,temperature monitoring device application,system terminal design and other aspects.First of all,the real-time temperature monitoring system is designed through the deep interpretation of the concept.Secondly,the principle and structure of the temperature monitoring system are introduced from system scheme,function introduction and networking scheme.Next,the hardware and software of the primary equipment temperature measurement system are studied.A complete temperature measurement system is designed by applying the operation and maintenance monitoring system terminal.Then,the BP neural network algorithm is used to predict the temperature of the primary equipment.Finally,combined with the engineering implementation of one converter station,the real-time temperature monitoring system is analyzed in the construction of the project and the actual application effect. |
