With the rapid development of sharing economy in China,it has led to great changes in business model and industrial form."Didi" and "Airbnb" have brought great economic and social effects to our country.Sharing economy has become a new driving force of China’s economy,and its development field has been continuously widened.Employee sharing is H Group’s pioneering practice of applying the concept of sharing economy to the field of human resources.By sharing mature technical workers of H group to work in D group,it solves the problem of H Group’s seasonal redundancy and D group’s short-term shortage of employment.However,in the process of project practice,it is found that the high of labor loss has brought a very adverse impact on H and D group,which is the key problem to restrict the sustainable development of cooperative projects and affect customer satisfaction.Employment satisfaction has been carried out,by quantitative and qualitative combination of analysis,concludes that reasons of the loss of employee sharing mainly comes from three aspects:employees’ cognition,work supply and demand,organization and management.At the same time,measures have been proposed for improvement,on cognitive level,pay attention to strategic guidance and promote the mindset transformation of employees;on working level,strengthen the selection and matching,pay attention to training;on organizational management level,standardize system management and strengthen risk control.At last,guarantee measures are proposed in aspects of organization,thought and plan,and looks forward to the future development of H Group’s employee sharing project.Through the reasonable flow of human resources,the employee sharing project has achieved a win-win situation among H group,D group and employees,bringing subversive changes and good demonstration effects to the employment mode of the domestic automobile industry.As for the improvement of the loss of employee sharing,it will also provide a good reference for the industry and regional human resource sharing cooperation.
