| The variable displacement automotive air conditioning compressor is the compressor type used by most of the automobiles on the market.Major manufacturers also take this compressor as a main product.The test of compressor is always an important link in production.In this paper,the inhale and exhale control problem in the actual production of variable displacement automotive air conditioning compressor test system are analyzed and studied in depth.The main contents are as follows:1)Through the investigation and the visit on site,find out the causes of the problems.2)Analyze the internal structure of the control valve by dynamics.3)Analyze the related components of the compressor inhale and exhale by hydrodynamics.4)Establish the whole mathematical model of compressor,and analyze the system change by Matlab.5)Establish the Fuzzy-PID control simulation model of the system,simulate and analyze the control effect of the system by Simulink and Matlab.6).Design the Fuzzy-PID controller for the inhale and exhale of the test rig offline.7)Remould the inhale and exhale control of the test rig,experiment and actually manufacture.This paper is a successful example of the advanced control theory guiding the engineering practice.Through the analysis and modeling of the controlled object,Fuzzy-PID control can effectively improve the effect in the test of similar variable displacement automotive air conditioning compressor.With this kind of control system,air conditioning compressor test bench can avoid abnormal overtime in the test,absolutely not the bottleneck in the manufacture any more,and release all the capacity of the production line. |
