Study On The Influence Of Workers’ Professional Quality On The Quality Of Prefabricated Construction

Under the background of vigorously promoting the industrialization of new buildings in China,the traditional cast-in-situ construction mode began to change to the assembly construction mode.This subversive change makes all localities face various assembly construction quality problems caused by the low professional quality of traditional workers,such as lack of knowledge,low awareness and unskilled skill operation.Therefore,improving workers’ professional quality is very important to the quality of prefabricated construction.How to identify the key factors of workers’ professional quality on the quality of prefabricated construction,and judge the relationship between workers’ professional quality and the quality of prefabricated construction? How to better deal with the obstacles and risk factors caused by workers’ professional quality on the quality of prefabricated construction? How to improve workers’ professional quality from the aspect of management,so as to improve the construction quality of prefabricated buildings? These problems are related to the high-quality construction in the field of prefabricated buildings.Based on the perspective of workers’ professional quality,this study uses theoretical induction,case analysis,literature analysis,expert interview and other methods to refine the five evaluation indexes of prefabricated construction quality(quality qualification rate,quality cost,etc.)and the influencing factors of workers’ professional quality on prefabricated construction quality,and collects 169 questionnaires and 21 paper expert interview data,Many research methods such as analytic hierarchy process,hierarchical regression method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used.The research shows that the influencing factors of workers’ professional quality on the quality of prefabricated construction can include 4 primary indicators(knowledge,attitude,professional skills and potential)and 16 secondary indicators(such as workers’ educational level,responsibility attitude,operation specification,etc.);Extract 7 key influencing factors(including operation specifications,safety protection,etc.);Construct the influence relationship model of workers’ professional quality knowledge,attitude,professional skills and potential as independent variables on the dependent variable of quality qualification rate,the dependent variable of quality cost,the dependent variable of the number of quality and safety accidents,the dependent variable of on-time delivery rate and the dependent variable of clean environment quality,and verify that workers’ professional quality has a positive impact on the quality of prefabricated construction,Finally,the case demonstrates that the positive relationship between workers’ professional quality and fabricated construction quality is established,obtains that the seven first-class key influencing factors of workers’ professional quality are consistent with the theoretical research,and puts forward the management countermeasures to improve workers’ professional quality from three aspects: grasping the key management fields,establishing and improving workers’ professional quality evaluation mechanism and strengthening work site management and control.Based on the theories of quality management,human resource management and cognitive bias,this study constructs the four dimensional influencing factors of workers’ professional quality as the framework for the model of five evaluation indexes of assembly construction quality proposed by quality management theory,extracts the key factors,and further comprehensively analyzes the influence relationship of workers’ Professional quality on construction quality,Combined with the existing examples,it provides practical guarantee for the theoretical model and empirical results.Secondly,the research results can put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management of workers’ professional quality training for countries and enterprises,provide reference for the transformation of migrant workers into the key content of workers’ training in the construction industry,and help to improve the quality of prefabricated construction and the development of new building industrialization..
