| With the continuous promotion of the modernization of the construction industry,the mode of production of building products is transforming from the traditional wet operation to assembly and industrialization.In this process,the workers’ training system in the traditional construction industry and human resources management mode are faced with many problems such as the lack of coordination among the parties involved and enterprises and workers are not actively involved in training and structural imbalance.In this background,summarize our country’s construction industry workers training theory research results and the advanced provinces and cities’ policy system,draw lessons from and absorbing foreign mature industrial workers training experience,and then we realized that it is urgent to analyze and study how to reconstruct the new collaborative mode of human resource development and management under the background of construction industrialization from the perspective of government departments.The training of construction workers is a complex and systematic project,involving the interests of construction workers,construction enterprises,construction industry training institutions,government and social forces at all levels and all parties involved.This paper defines the core concepts of construction industrialization,construction industry workers and construction industry workers training collaborative mode.In this paper,the competency theory and other human resource development theories are used,and on the basis of literature research,13 factors affecting the construction industry worker training system are identified.After many experts interview,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the research reveals the inherent law of systematic training,build dynamic training motivation system for construction workers.Based on the construction industry workers training status quo in Chongqing,gives the "industrial workers training,led by the government’s regulation,employer provide funds safeguard actively cooperate to play a role of main body,form the university-enterprise cooperation,industry association to participate in the joint training of diversified training system",which can meet the whole life cycle of "selection,training,use" industrial workers training requirements,then we will mobilize the enthusiasm of relevant stakeholders and jointly promote the transformation from rural migrant workers to industrial workers. |
