| Under the current background of new urbanization and land spatial planning,the urban spatial development of the Three Gorges Reservoir area is facing new requirements.It is necessary to gradually transform from high energy consumption and low efficiency to a green and efficient city,with heavy responsibility and pressure for ecological protection;However,there are some practical problems in the cities in the reservoir area,such as lagging social and economic development,extensive utilization of new town space,fragile ecological environment and so on.Starting with the contradiction between the new requirements and practical problems faced by the urban development in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and the multidimensional characteristics of spatial performance,this paper introduces the concept of spatial performance;This paper attempts to construct the measurement and analysis framework and evaluation index system of urban spatial performance in the Three Gorges Reservoir area;Through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the case cities in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,this paper summarizes the important influencing factors restricting the urban spatial development in the reservoir area,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies.The main contents and conclusions of the final paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper puts forward the research background from three aspects: the new requirements of the urban spatial development in the Three Gorges Reservoir area under the background of the new era,the practical difficulties faced by the urban spatial development and the multi-dimensional characteristics of urban spatial performance,and summarizes the spatial performance evaluation and the urban spatial development in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,so as to determine the urgency,necessity and feasibility of urban spatial performance evaluation in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.Secondly,based on the multi-dimensional problem representation of urban spatial performance in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,this paper explores the evaluation objectives and theoretical outlet of urban spatial performance in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.On this basis,based on the multi-dimensional connotation cognition of urban spatial performance,the multi-dimensional scale of comprehensive evaluation of urban spatial performance in the Three Gorges Reservoir area is determined: economic society,form scale and ecological environment;Based on the comprehensive analysis of this connotation,this paper selects the corresponding theory as the theoretical basis of this paper,and analyzes the internal mechanism of urban spatial performance in the reservoir area;So as to build a multi-dimensional measurement and analysis framework of "economic society form scale ecological environment" urban spatial performance in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,and guide the construction of the basic cognition and evaluation index system of urban spatial performance in the reservoir area.Then,based on the multi-dimensional measurement and analysis framework of urban spatial performance in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,carry out the multidimensional cognition of the overall urban spatial development in the reservoir area,and select Fengdu County and Zhongxian County as case cities to further carry out the basic cognition of urban spatial performance from the three dimensions of economy and society,form and scale and ecological environment,It lays a foundation for the construction of urban spatial performance evaluation index system in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and the spatial performance evaluation of case cities.Thirdly,based on the multi-dimensional measurement and analysis framework of urban spatial performance in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and the multi-dimensional basic cognition of spatial performance,combined with the basic criteria of spatial performance evaluation,relevant literature research,expert advice and urban spatial characteristics of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model of urban spatial performance in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.It is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of spatial performance of Fengdu and Zhongxian,the conclusion is that the urban spatial performance of Fengdu and Zhongxian is at a medium low level,and the important factors affecting the urban spatial performance level of the reservoir area are summarized.Among them,the level of economic and social performance is low,the development of industrial structure lags behind,and the security of social facilities needs to be improved;The performance level of form and scale is medium,the space is loose,the efficiency is low,and the land structure needs to be optimized and adjusted;The performance level of ecological environment is medium,the scale of greening space is insufficient,and the governance and protection need to be strengthened.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation conclusion of urban spatial performance in the reservoir area and the key influencing factors of urban spatial performance in the reservoir area,this paper puts forward the optimization and promotion strategy of urban spatial performance in the reservoir area.Among them,two strategies for improving economic and social performance are put forward: optimizing economic industrial structure and improving economic operation efficiency;We will strengthen social service security and improve the level of social facilities.Three strategies are proposed to improve the performance of form and scale: compact the development of the city and optimize the spatial boundary;Optimize the land structure and improve the public service facilities;Strengthen traffic links and improve operation efficiency.Three strategies are proposed to improve the performance of ecological environment: building a multi-level green space network system to improve the level of green space;Strengthen the prevention and control of environmental pollution and improve the level of environmental governance;Strengthen the protection of water,soil and forest resources and build a beautiful landscape environment.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the new requirements for urban spatial development under the background of current new urbanization and land spatial planning.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,this paper introduces the concept of "spatial performance",integrates multi-disciplinary perspectives,constructs the urban spatial performance evaluation system of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,and tries to innovate the quantitative evaluation system of urban spatial development and operation status of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,To a certain extent,it enriches the research framework of urban space in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.At the same time,through the research on the spatial performance evaluation of typical case cities,explore the factors restricting the urban spatial development in the reservoir area,and put forward targeted planning optimization strategies,which can provide directional guidance for the optimization and allocation of urban spatial resources in the reservoir area and promote the sustainable development of cities in the reservoir area. |
