Research On The Planning Of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Talent Characteristic Town Based On TRIZ Innovation Theory

In the background of the integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city,with the introduction of "abbr.for Hunan’s fifteen policies",the development of provincial-level characteristic industrial town in Hunan is supported and developed.As the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone,the three cities of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Cluster actively plan and practically start the construction of industrial characteristic towns.The decision-making layer of Zhuzhou Yunlong Demonstration Zone fully grasps the development opportunity of the integrated development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan and the demonstration of regional integration,and gives full play to the base industry,ecology and other characteristic resource conditions and transportation location advantages and intends to build Talent Town in the Yunlong Demonstration Zone in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Green Heart.The construction of the talent town is an upgrade of the war for talents.Through the construction of talent town,the industrial space is upgraded and optimized by talent attraction and industry chain gathering,and the development advantages of Zhuzhou in the integrated development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan are further enhanced.This thesis proposes the TRIZ innovation theory and methodology for the talent town of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan based on the perspective of innovation science,and use its innovation thinking,innovation method and knowledge base to study the planning of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan talent town,so that the specific planning and development path of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan talent town has innovation theory as a guide and scientific innovation method to follow.Firstly,on the basis of the typical experience and development paths extracted from the construction of characteristic towns at home and abroad,we create a knowledge base of the development paths of characteristic towns,and provide a basis for the selection of the development paths of talent towns.Further in-depth research is conducted to determine 31 path parameters of characteristic town development paths,construct the characteristic town development path innovation solution matrix,and then form the characteristic town innovation development path parameters-innovation principle.Then,the feasibility and scientific validation of the construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan talent town located in the green heart hinterland is demonstrated by using the innovation techniques and methods of TRIZ innovation theory.The study of the conflict resolution mechanism between the construction of the characteristic town and the ecological protection of the green heart,based on the application of the characteristic town development path parameters-innovation principle table method,to obtain an innovative solution to resolve the ecological green heart protection development conflict,to provide scientific and feasible path options for the development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan talent town that promotes the ecological protection of the green heart of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan.Finally,we adopt the established innovation theory and method,combine the actual situation of the development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan talent town,based on the five principles of government-led demand-oriented,industry-supported industry-city integration,industry-talent collaborative incubation,ecological green heart protection integration,and people-oriented according to local conditions,grasp the concept of "three-life integration",adhere to the life innovation,production It will make specific planning suggestions and policy recommendations on the spatial planning,traffic planning,architectural planning,landscape planning,industrial planning and supporting facilities setting of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Talent Town,and provide reference for the government’s decision.
