Research On Working Capital Management Of C Company From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Working capital is very important to the enterprise,usually only attach importance to financial control,such as accounts receivable and inventory management control.In this paper,supply chain theory is introduced into the study of working capital.From the beginning of the supply chain,from the purchase link to the production link,and finally to the sales link,we study the business financial integration and the upstream and downstream relationship of the supply chain,summed up the working capital management strategy suitable for enterprises,through establishing good supply and demand relations,improving production mode,maintaining customer relations,changing logistics,information flow,capital flow and other ways,to speed up the flow of funds among enterprises,discussion on the potential of working capital management.In order to further study the working capital management of C Company and the whole vehicle manufacturing industry,I combined the supply chain theory and focused on the status of C company.And the introduction of industry-related data,deep analysis of C Company working capital management problems.Finally,according to the specific situation of C Company,the paper puts forward the solutions and improving countermeasures from the angles of "purchase,production and sale" and "logistics,capital flow and information flow".And according to the analysis of the preceding article,draw the conclusion of the related research.From the perspective of supply chain,this paper finds that the working capital of C company mainly exists such reasons as over-squeezing suppliers,unscientific mode of production,too much funds occupied by sales channels,high cost of its own logistics company,etc.,these reasons can not be reflected under the traditional working capital analysis method.Then from the perspective of the supply chain from the production and marketing and logistics capital flow information flow of two specific solutions.Starting from the overall research on the upstream and downstream relationship of the supply chain and the utilization of various resources,it not only solves the working capital management dilemma of company C,but also provides a new idea for the working capital management of the whole vehicle manufacturing industry,it can provide reference for the management of working capital of vehicle manufacturing industry.
