Study On Current Situation And Problems Of Environmental Governance In National Forest Park

The goal of ecological civilization construction in the "fourteenth Five-year Plan" period puts forward new requirements for the transformation of environmental and social governance.The national park system in the new era also clearly points out that it is necessary to build an environmental governance model of cooperation between the state,market and society.However,in the complex social reality,the process of environmental governance is full of difficulties.Therefore,to explore what kind of problems exist in national parks and the social constraints behind them have become the focus of solving the problems.Based on the national society governance needs urgently to the environment,this paper USES the combination of field research and literature research method,with Usutu national forest park as the research object,involving the interests of the subject from the perspective of environmental sociology,using qualitative research paradigm,a thorough understanding of established Usutu national forest park ecological,economic,and social and cultural connotation,According to the general situation of environmental governance of Usutu National Forest Park and the grasp of the current situation of environmental governance of the park,the participation of various stakeholders in environmental governance is analyzed through the theory of environmental and social governance.The research finds that there are some problems in government governance,market governance and social governance of Usutu National Forest Park.Then it analyzes the root causes of these problems,including the government’s single control governance limits,the impact of marketization on environmental governance,the social logic dilemma of public participation,the complex values of tourists and other factors,so there are some difficulties in the construction of collaborative governance.Finally,this paper tries to construct national collaborative governance,market and social space,through the bridge of the multi-agent linkage,realize resources integration,build sustainable "social-ecological" compound space,hope to be able to better solve the problem of the main internal,also can better realize the multi-agent cooperation pattern,in order to provide the better development of subsequent Wu Su Tu national forest park.
