| The outbreak of the COVID-19 at the end of 2019 has had a significant impact on people’s lives.At the same time,with the normalized development of the epidemic,people’s awareness of health and safety is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.As a crowded place,public restrooms have become the focus of health safety prevention and control.As far as the current health facilities are concerned,it is inevitable that there will be contact during use,which increases the risk of infection.At present,most of the health facilities in our country only have a single use function,and there is no better way to expand the use of health facilities in ensuring health and safety.Therefore,based on the concept of service design,this paper analyzes public toilets and sanitary facilities in toilets,combines tangible products with intangible services,and designs non-contact public toilets and related facilities for the purpose of hygiene and safety.First,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of service design and public restroom design,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent investigation and research.At the same time,the categories and technical applications of non-contact sensing technology are sorted out to provide a technical theoretical basis for the subsequent research system construction.On this basis,the needs and pain points of different users are summarized by questionnaire survey method and on-site interview method.Through in-depth investigation,users’ preferences for product functions in the process of using sanitary facilities are obtained.The user experience journey map is drawn through the observation method,and the user’s needs and design opportunities are analyzed.Secondly,based on the relevant theoretical research of service design,this paper analyzes the different touch points of public toilets and the needs of core stakeholders.And take the user as the center to analyze and draw the stakeholder relationship diagram,build the service system frame diagram and service design blueprint of the non-contact toilet.Finally,through the analysis of the human-machine relationship,the psychological and physiological state of the human body when using the facility is explored,and the hidden needs behind the user are extracted from it.Around the built movable toilet service system,the non-contact public toilet is designed from the elements of function,form,material,technology and so on.Based on the domestic conditions and relevant policies,the feasibility of the contactless public toilet was analyzed from the aspects of market,economy,function,shape and technology.In this paper,the use of literature research method,case analysis method,user research method,field interview method and other research methods have practical significance for the design of non-contact public restrooms.Finally,combined with the research on the correlation under the service design system,the application prospect of non-contact public restrooms is proposed. |
