inner city renewal and urban revival have never stopped.In this process,the urban traffic has also entered the accelerated development stage,with the gradual increase in the proportion of urbanization,urban traffic in which the rapid development of motor traffic,the number of vehicles in our country is also increasing year by year.In order to seek a more convenient urban life experience,only a large-scale use of motor vehicles.In such a situation,the problems brought about by mobile traffic become more and more prominent year by year,and people more and more recall the beauty of the original non-mobile era.When a thing develops too fast,the advantage of the opposite side will gradually decrease.When people are aware of this trend,how to seek a mobile traffic and walk and non-mobile traffic development advantage balance of the state has become a problem worthy of consideration.This paper focuses on the space quality of the slow-moving system,studies how to improve the space quality of the slow-moving system,and analyzes the factors that affect the space quality of the slow-moving system,establish evaluation methods to quantitatively understand the evaluation system of space quality.Then,the improving strategies and concrete measures of the space quality of the slow-moving system under different conditions are put forward.The area of Jinchuan District in Hohhot is selected for practical application,and the renewal design and transformation of the slowmoving system are carried out.Improve the quality of the local slow travel system and encourage people to choose slow travel when travelling short distances.This paper focuses on the space quality of the slow-moving system,studies how to improve the space quality of the slow-moving system,analyzes the factors affecting the space quality of the slow-moving system,and puts forward a quantitative method for the evaluation of the space quality,establishment of space quality evaluation system for slowmoving system.The improving strategies and concrete measures of the space quality of the slow-moving system under different conditions are put forward.Jinchuan district of Huhhot is selected to carry on the practice research,to renew the design of its slow-moving system,to improve the quality of the local slow-moving system,and to encourage people to choose the slow-moving traffic mode when they travel short distances.(1)to study the excellent practical cases of slow motion system at home and abroad,to summarize the advantages of the successful cases,and to obtain the elements of experience that can be used for reference.Using the experience of Copenhagen,Denmark and London,England for reference,this paper provides a theoretical basis for further study and practical exploration.(2)the factors that affect the space quality of slow moving system are extracted and classified by literature review method.The integrated factors can be divided into two categories: material space and apperception identity.According to the PSPL theory,the evaluation system of public space is divided into first-class index and second-class index,and the second-class index is divided into 30 subclasses.The spatial quality impact factors,the characteristics of the slow moving system and the PSPL evaluation system are integrated.The space quality evaluation index suitable for the slow moving system is obtained,and the evaluation index is modified according to the field investigation.The adjective pairs derived from quality evaluation index were evaluated by SD semantic analysis method.By means of questionnaire and expert discussion,the quantitative evaluation of the subjects’ slow-moving road was obtained.(3)from the point of view of engineering practice,the starting point of operation is introduced.The basic operation methods are divided into systematic operation method and small-scale modular operation method.The specific implementation measures of nodes in different regions are optimized,and the strategy of improving and optimizing the space quality of slow-moving system is proposed.The surface runoff of the north section of Jinwu road in Hohhot was simulated by SWMM model,and the rainfall models of Chicago and Hohhot were used to simulate the rainfall during the 5-year recurrence period,the simulation of surface runoff was carried out for the undeveloped road,the traditional developed road and the LID developed road.The LID developed road and the bio-retention pond were used to simulate the surface runoff.Results the quantitative response of LID measure to the impact of surface runoff in this section,the layout and reference of sponge city facilities,the specific measures to improve spatial quality under rainfall conditions are proposed.Finally,from the upper planning level,detailed road level and operational management level of the optimization design strategy.(4)to carry on the practice exploration to the
