With the rapid development of urban integration,the urban area is gradually expanded,the old urban area is solidified,and the new urban area is disordered and rapidly grows.The urban problems brought by urban expansion affect the benign development of cities.The TOD(Transit Oriented Development)model proposed by Peter Calthorpe explores these problems and has been applied in many countries.In the rapidly developing China,TOD development mode has been continuously practiced and explored in recent years,and TOD development mode with Chinese characteristics has been sought.However,there are few specific researches on the space design of TOD slow walking system,especially the exploration of TOD development and design in chengdu is still shallow.The research and design on how to combine the TOD slow walking space with urban renewal and new town development to activate urban vitality and create a healthy and green dynamic city is still in the embryonic stage.Therefore,based on TOD theory,this paper discusses the spatial design of slow moving system in TOD mode in chengdu area.Under the guidance of TOD theory as the urban development model,the construction of slow walking space in TOD is conducive to the integration of urban structure,the promotion of urban vitality,and the promotion of sustainable urban development.Guided by the TOD theory,this paper studied and analyzed the functions,streamline and spatial quality of the slow walking space within the radius of the 10 min slow walking distance of the subway station.Based on this,it analyzes the influence of spatial scale,spatial interface,spatial hierarchy and environmental factors on the physical space construction of slow walking space,and determines the field research and design research direction by combining with the needs of space users and the needs of urban cultural inheritance.And on the basis of field research to humanized as the starting point for the old city in chengdu area "fill in" optimization design,make the slow space reasonable and diverse functions,streamline connectivity,space safety and comfort;The strategy of primary development and auxiliary development is adopted for the suburban TOD slow walking space,and the slow walking space is regarded as the core space to create a dynamic community of 10 min.In addition,the TOD slow space of sancha station is designed and studied based on the hierarchical relationship between overground space,underground space and semi-underground space,and the results of slow system space design under TOD mode are presented.The design focus,methods and development trend of slow system space under TOD mode in chengdu area are analyzed and summarized.
