| The rapid development of technologies such as the Internet and artificial intelligence has driven the optimization of the economic structure of traditional construction companies and the digital transformation of the construction industry.The transformation of the traditional construction industry to digital construction and the digitalization of the construction industry is irreversible.Engineering projects and building products built in the modern way of the construction industry require the implementation of informatization,digitization and intelligent management of the whole process.The inevitable trend of intelligent operation and maintenance management.In recent years,the EPC general contracting management model has become popular internationally and has been widely used in large-scale projects.However,management difficulties such as the large number of participants in EPC projects,large investment scale,short design cycle,and tight project duration have brought new challenges to construction companies..In order to reduce the risk of EPC project management and improve management efficiency,the information integration and processing capabilities of the EPC general contractor and each participating unit can be strengthened by using BIM technology to build a BIM collaborative management platform,so as to realize the full professional and comprehensive management of the entire life cycle of the project.The purpose of the collaborative management of the process is to allow the participating units of the EPC project to further cooperate closely and communicate with each other.The paper firstly summarizes the main collaborative management issues in the process of EPC project management based on BIM technology through the analysis of the current domestic and foreign BIM research status and BIM research results,and discusses the advanced management methods of EPC project collaborative management based on BIM technology.requirements and future outlook.Aiming at the lack of research on collaborative management of EPC projects,this paper constructs a collaborative management process of engineering site based on BIM technology in the stage of project design-build-procurement led by the general contractor,in order to achieve the goal of improving the overall level of EPC project management.Then,on this basis,the paper verifies the feasibility of the collaborative management framework and process through the application of the BIM collaborative management platform in the actual EPC project "Guangzhou Nansha L School Project",and the successful application of the collaborative management based on BIM technology in this project,which provides reliable technical support and reference value for future EPC project management. |
