| With the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" in China and the development of China’s construction industry to adapt to globalization,more and more large-scale projects adopt the EPC project general contracting mode.The general contractor who bears the main risks does not adapt to the domestic traditional mode in contract management and has weak contract claim management ability.Based on the above situation,this paper began the relevant research.In this dissertation,referring to relevant literature and research results,combined with the development situation and problems of EPC engineering general contract at home and abroad,from the characteristics of the project,participants,environment and other aspects of research,analysis of the existing problems in contract management,and put forward the corresponding solutions to the problem.The characteristics of EPC project general contracting include long construction period,high risk,high cost,miscellaneous departments,etc.In contract management,there will be a large probability of claim events,and effective claim can reduce and recover losses.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation and development of EPC project general contracting,and analyzes the characteristics of EPC project general contracting at home and abroad.Secondly,participants are decomposed from EPC project as a whole,relevant processes are clarified,problems existing in contract management are sorted out,and corresponding methods are given.Finally,this paper discusses the contract management from the point of claim,details the contract management from the cost claim,time limit claim,profit claim,and combines the network questionnaire survey,from the statistical results of claim grade,extract the focus of the contract management claim,for the contract management of the claim put forward specific suggestions. |
