Research On Performance Evaluation Of Large And Medium-Sized Reservoir Immigrants Beautiful Home Support Project

In order to support the reservoir immigrant people to get rid of poverty and become rich,to promote the construction of the reservoir area and the economic development of the resettlement area,and to build a beautiful home in the immigrant area,Jiangxi Province requires all regions to conduct careful investigation and thorough investigation,and based on the existing scale of funds for the post-immigration project of reservoir resettlement.,and reasonably compiled a three-year action plan for the construction of beautiful homes for reservoir immigrants from 2018 to 2020.In the past three years,the construction of beautiful homes for reservoir immigrants in various regions has achieved certain results,but there are still some support projects.During the process,there were some problems,such as the low satisfaction of the masses and the high proportion of the balance of project funds allocated in the year.This thesis conducts a research on the performance evaluation of the large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement beautiful home support project through the survey research method and the literature analysis method.The indicators are selected from the three aspects of project management benefit,social benefit,and economic benefit,and two sets of resettlements for large and medium-sized reservoirs are constructed.The performance evaluation index system of the beautiful home support project.Taking the 2019 Beautiful Homeland Support Project in the representative eleven large and medium-sized reservoir immigrant towns(reservoir areas)in Gao’an City,Jiangxi Province as an example,the weight of the index system is first determined by the AHP method,and then based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the Beautiful Homeland support project is determined.Support the comprehensive performance evaluation of the project,and finally use the DEA evaluation to analyze the efficiency difference and input-output redundancy analysis of project management.The results of DEA evaluation verify that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established in this thesis is scientific and effective.Finally,according to the evaluation conclusion,it gives some opinions about the thinking direction and promoting the progress of the project with performance evaluation.
