Comprehensive Evaluation Of Construction Quality Of H Resettlement Housing Project

Quality problem is the key problem that must be paid attention to in the construction process of all construction projects.If scientific quality management can not be carried out,unqualified construction projects may appear,which seriously threatens the safety of users’ lives and property.This paper hopes to establish a complete,applicable and advanced evaluation system of construction quality,scientific and objective management and evaluation of construction quality,so as to promote the continuous improvement of construction quality.In order to evaluate the quality of construction projects scientifically and reasonably,this paper selects H resettlement housing project as the research object,through literature research,questionnaire survey,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and on the basis of PMBOK theory research,analyzes the construction quality evaluation of resettlement housing project.This paper refers to the PMBOK management theory in the research structure,and combines the specific situation of H resettlement housing project,has carried on the thorough research.First of all,this paper focuses on the H resettlement housing project quality management status,and discusses the project construction preparation stage and construction stage quality control problems.Secondly,on the basis of literature review,PMBOK management theory research and quality influencing factors investigation,this paper preliminarily constructs the quality evaluation index system of resettlement housing project,and further screens the evaluation index system through the consultation of experts’ opinions,screens out 19 indicators from 28 indicators,so as the final evaluation index system of construction quality is determined.Then,according to the expert questionnaire survey,determine the quantitative data between the two indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process,calculate the weight value of each indicator.Finally,by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the quality of H resettlement housing project is evaluated comprehensively according to the weight value of quality evaluation index.According to the result of comprehensive evaluation,the construction quality of H resettlement housing project is rated excellent.In a word,taking H resettlement housing project as an example,this paper analyzes the construction quality management of the project,and evaluates it comprehensively by using the construction quality evaluation system of H resettlement housing project,and proves that the evaluation index system is practical,accurate and operable.It is of great practical significance to provide a set of benchmarking indicators for the construction projects of this enterprise and even the whole construction industry,which can promote the standardization of construction projects and improve the construction quality.
