Research On Index Evaluation Model Of Jiangxi Smart Expressway

In recent years,the construction of China’s expressways has been booming,which has played a very important role in promoting the sustainable development of the national market economy,is an important basic guarantee for the rapid development of the local regional economy,and has created a "expressway industrial belt" with rapid economic growth.The expressway system is one of the important components of China’s transportation system,and its operation involves many elements such as people,vehicles,roads,and the environment.However,with the increase in the scale and quantity of expressway transportation infrastructure,the operation and development of expressways are gradually developing in the direction of intelligence,under the guidance of important measures such as the national new infrastructure policy and the "Outline of the Development and Construction Plan for a Strong Transportation Country",the construction and development of expressways is in full swing,and has entered a new stage of development in the pursuit of high-quality,and smart expressways will gradually become a new trend in future development.At present,some government documents on digital urban transportation and intelligent transportation systems have also been gradually implemented in many parts of the country,including Jiangsu and Hangzhou,which have issued guidance on the construction of smart high-speed.At the same time,Sichuan has also collected,sorted out and investigated a large number of resources on digital urban transportation and intelligent transportation systems,and will successively issue planning guidance on intelligent transportation systems.The construction effectiveness of planning guidance and the landing effect of relevant government documents were reasonably and effectively evaluated,thus forming an imminent social research project.Therefore,the comprehensive transportation system of the smart expressway is complex and changeable,and how to make a comprehensive judgment of various factors on it fairly and objectively has become a major difficulty in scientific decision-making and theoretical analysis.First of all,by consulting a large number of literature,this paper has a preliminary understanding of the rise and development of smart expressways,and has a further understanding of the essential connotation and overall framework of smart expressways;in addition,the construction ideas and overall structure of Jiangxi smart expressways are investigated and analyzed,and the research and analysis results on the development status of smart expressways at home and abroad,which are also preliminary understanding understood,which is beneficial to the research of thesis topics.Secondly,based on the construction principles of the index system: scientific,systematic,representative,feasible and dynamic,through the way of investigation and interview,the intelligent expressway index system is initially established,and the primary selection indicators are further optimized and corrected,forming the jiangxi smart expressway index system,covering 4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators.Finally,based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,taking the first smart expressway in Jiangxi Province—Ningding Expressway as the object,the case study of the index evaluation model of Jiangxi smart expressway is carried out,and the evaluation results are analyzed and summarized.
