Study On Safety Assessment For Expressway Passenger Transportation System

This paper analyzes the accident characteristic of expressway passenger transportation system based on its safety status,applies the principle of Accident Causation Sequence Theory, founds the expressway passenger transportation system accident-causing model and introduces the safety influence factors of the system across-the-aboard.After knowing the relational traffic safety laws and rules and following the principle and method about founding index system, the paper establishes the safety assessment index system of expressway passenger transportation system from drivers,vehicles, expressway environment and management by consulting experts and caculates the weight of every index using G1 method.This index system can reflect the real safety status of expressway passenger transportation system.It sets up the safety assessment model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and brings fuzzy characteristic quantity of safety grade into dealing with the assessment result.At last, the "Huyue Passenger Transportation Limited Company in Liaoning" as an example, the paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,carries on the assessment of the safety status and gets the safety grades of this company. It is proved that the index system and evaluation model are applicable and feasible.This assessment method brought in the paper can well identify the safety influence factors,impersonally evaluate the safety status and adopt efficient safety measure to improve safety of expressway passenger transportation system.
