The Research On The Evaluation About Security Risk Factor In A Construction Project

With the rapid development of the construction industry, many accidents happened frequently in the construction. Construction industry each year due to accidents killed or injured by the number of employees has reached a terrible level. The frequency of accidents issued investment and practitioners have brought a loss cannot be ignored. Therefore, investment and practitioners are increasingly concerned about the project during construction safety issues. How accurate and effective evaluation of the construction phase of the security risk is an important research topic, but also the construction enterprise security management theory.In this paper, the concept of the first phase of the study scope and perspective thesis has made provisions and define the security risks and risk assessment, and introduced the theory used in this paper. Then In a real estate development project for instance and introduced the basic situation of the project. Accidents or security risks exist for the construction phase of the project of the sort happened, analyze its causes, summed up the main factors influencing the construction phase of a security risk, Read in conjunction with the large number of relevant literature to establish a safety risk factors index system construction phase of the project, and a detailed description of each index, and On the basis of AHP to calculate the index system constructed in the respective index weights. Then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the comprehensive evaluation model, a real estate development project as an example to evaluate its security risk construction phase, the project results in a safer level,and state on realistic situation. It was confirmed that the comprehensive evaluation index system and fuzzy model with rationality and feasibility of real estate development projects in the security risk assessment.
