| The combat effectiveness of special vehicles is related to the comprehensive national strength of the country.In addition to the performance of the vehicle itself,the combat capability of the crew is also crucial,and the work efficiency will affect the combat capability of the crew.As the cabin space of special vehicles is narrow and the heat of equipment is heavy,the occupants perform tasks in a high temperature and noise environment for a long time,and their psychology and physiology will produce stress reactions,resulting in decreased work efficiency.In today’s information society,the work of the crew has gradually changed from physical labor to mental labor.If the crew’s perception,attention and memory of complex situations are reduced,work efficiency will be reduced,and in serious cases,wrong judgment will occur,resulting in adverse consequences.Therefore,the study of the influence of temperature and noise on the efficiency of special vehicle occupants has important theoretical significance and application value for the optimization control of special vehicle cabin environment and passenger efficiency guarantee.This paper summarizes the influence of the thermal environment and noise environment on the work efficiency of personnel and the evaluation method of work efficiency.Taking a special vehicle as the experimental platform,14 male college students with qualified physical quality were selected as subjects to carry out experimental research on the influence of temperature and noise on the work efficiency of personnel.A total of 12 environmental conditions were designed,the experimental temperature covers 25°C,29°C,33°C,37°C,noise covers 50 d B,70 d B,85 d B.The subjective and objective research on crew work efficiency was carried out by physiological measurement,questionnaire survey and cognitive ability test.The results show that when the temperature is low,the noise has a great influence on the crew efficiency.In a high temperature environment,temperature is the main factor affecting crew efficiency.From the perspective of cognitive ability,temperature and noise will affect the efficiency of personnel work.In this paper,factor analysis is used to obtain the calculation formula of comprehensive evaluation index of vehicle occupant work efficiency,and the regression prediction model of the influence of temperature and noise on occupant work efficiency is constructed.The K-means clustering analysis method was used to divide the work efficiency into three categories: normal,basically normal and slight decline.The regression prediction model was used to calculate the temperature critical values under different noise levels.The study found that the greater the noise,the lower the temperature required to ensure the basic normal crew efficiency,the greater the demand for air conditioning.When the noise is 50 d B,the temperature below 40.3°C can ensure that the crew work efficiency is basically normal;when the noise is 85 d B,the temperature should be lower than 36.7°C to ensure the efficiency of the crew is basically normal.Reducing noise can improve the cabin design temperature and ensure the efficiency of cabin crew while saving energy. |
