City Park Green Space Economic Value Of Quantitative Measurement Research

The park green space(urban green space)is an organism is an important part of the city,is the city an important ecological infrastructure;Is also a city an important kind of public resources and public(public)products.But the reality is: on one hand we face the fact that the urban built environment continued to deteriorate,on the other hand is a important function of urban ecological environment regulation of urban green space in our country,most of the city,the status of the region are in a constant decrease(at least within the scope of the city proper).An important cause of this situation is that: in the current dominant under the environment of market economy,the lack of green space has the "economic value" simple,comprehensive,repeatable application methods,in order to get clear,direct and convincing data monetization,auxiliary urban and rural land planning and construction of managers and stakeholders to determine,game anddecision-making.To carry out the city park green space,therefore,the economic value of quantitative methods and practice of applied research is of great significance.This article is under such a background and thinking,with data analysis,field survey method,questionnaire survey and data statistics and analysis method,on the basis of complete classification of city park green space economic value types,exploring city park green space(total)economic value measurement model.Then,the comprehensive use the Travel Cost Method(TCM),the Hedonic Price Method(HPM)and Conditional Value Method(CVM),set up city park green space(total)economic value measurement method.Finally,in order to hangzhou xixi national wetland park as an example,the city park green space was established based on this study(total)economic value calculation model and method,of hangzhou xixi national wetland park economic value is calculated.This article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,elaborated the paper selected topic background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents,methods and technical route and research difficulties and innovations.The second chapter for the city park green space and the basis of the concept of economic value,analysis shows that this paper introduced the concept of urban green space and urban park green space and urban green space,theconcept of economic value,the calculation model and calculation method..The third chapter for hangzhou xixi national wetland park economic value data collection,to collected through field investigation,questionnaire interview and get the data statistics,and the subsequent use of TCM,HPM and calculates the economic value of xixi wetland park CVM data early operation and analyzed.The fourth chapter is to evaluate the economic value measure of xixi wetland,calculated: estimate the xixi national wetland park in 2014 the economic value of about 10.7527 billion yuan.Among them,the use value of the direct use value,recreation value)and indirect use value(property value added)is about 1.3706 billion yuan and9.3224 billion yuan respectively;non-use value of about 59.6525 million yuan,the corresponding choice value,existence value and heritage value is about 1.96853 million yuan,8.53031 million yuan and 1.96853 million yuan.The fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect of research;summarizes the research results,and to study reveals,need to be in a follow-up study to improve and perfect problem.
