| In the field of construction,the total energy consumption and energy consumption intensity of public buildings are huge.Among them,the energy consumption of central air-conditioning system accounts for more than 60%of the total energy consumption of public buildings.Therefore,central air-conditioning system of public buildings is the key object of building energy conservation in China.Since the beginning of 2020,the spread of COVID-19in the world has also put higher requirements on air purification,disinfection and epidemic prevention in the central air conditioning system of public buildings.In addition,the development of intelligent building technology,especially the new generation of intelligent building technology such as swarm intelligence,also provides the network platform technology for the energy saving transformation,energy environment monitoring and epidemic prevention of electromechanical equipment system of public buildings in China.Therefore,it is urgent to study energy-saving epidemic prevention network and intelligent control technology of air conditioning system of public buildings in China.Based on the energy-saving and epidemic prevention renovation project of the existing fixed air volume central air conditioning system in the Lingxi Library of Dalian University of Technology,this paper carries out the research work of this paper with the opportunity of the key research and development project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.First,in order to promote the bush library environment intelligent control level,the original air conditioning system of distributed control network architecture for a flat,no center features and plug and play function I2B network architecture,completed I2B network development and debugging,implements the multi-parameter monitoring indoor environment variable air volume and air conditioning monitoring and control.Second,this paper embarks from the aerosol dissemination rule,to study the risk of inhaling pathogens aerosol indoor workers,based on ideal circumstances hypergeometric distribution probability model and the development of the model according to actual situation,reveals the probability and pathogens aerosol concentration,respiratory rate,exposure time and personnel the relationship between the level of health protection.Based on the probability model of aerosol inhalation containing pathogens,the constraint model of epidemic prevention operation in air conditioning system was obtained,and the control methods of combination of epidemic and non-epidemic in air conditioning system was put forward.Finally,taking the central air conditioning system of Lingxi Library as the object,the power consumption of the air conditioning unit before and after the energy saving reconstruction of the original fixed air volume air conditioning system was analyzed by using the base period energy consumption-influencing factor model.Through the research,it is found that,first of all,the energy-saving transformation effect of the system is remarkable.After the transformation,the daily power saving of the air-conditioning unit of the cooling season air-conditioning system can reach 100-200k Wh,and the daily power saving rate can reach 20%-30%.In the heating season,the daily power saving of air conditioning units can reach 150-350k Wh,and the daily power saving rate can reach 20%-45%in most of the time.Secondly,the anti-epidemic effect of the two air conditioning units was better.The actual operation research on indoor air parameters and power consumption of air conditioning units under epidemic prevention mode showed that increasing fresh air volume had obvious effect on reducing indoor CO2 concentration and PM2.5 concentration.The indoor PM2.5 concentration can be reduced by opening the air purifier in the air conditioning unit.In addition,the daily power consumption of air conditioning units in epidemic prevention mode was higher than that in normal mode during the same period,and the epidemic prevention mode was about 2.7 times higher than that in normal mode during one return air operation.The epidemic prevention mode was 1.8 times higher than the normal mode during the same period. |
