| SBS modified asphalt is widely used in the process of road construction,but there are some problems,such as high price,easy segregation and affecting the construction quality.In addition,the transportation industry produces a large amount of recycled engine oil bottom(REOB)every year.In order to improve the performance of SBS modified asphalt and reuse REOB,REOB and SBS are used in asphalt modification,and the preparation process and performance of REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt are studied in this paper.Firstly,this paper selects appropriate raw materials and equipment,determines the material preparation process through comparative test,then carries out single factor test and analysis of the preparation process,determines some factors affecting the performance of REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt,and carries out orthogonal test and Analysis on the uncertain factors to obtain the preparation process of REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt.The modification mechanism of REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt was studied through infrared spectrum test,rod thin layer chromatography test and fluorescence microscope test.The macro performance test of REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt was carried out,and its performance was compared with the test results of matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.The results show that the performance of REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt prepared by the process of adding REOB and SBS into asphalt for shearing and then adding stabilizer for mixing is better;The optimum process for preparing REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt is as follows: REOB content is 2%,SBS content is 4.5%,shear speed is 4000 rpm,shear time is 45 min,development time is 2h,shear temperature is 190℃,development time is 2h,stabilizer content is 1.4‰;The infrared spectrum test results show that SBS modifier and REOB are mainly physical blending in the modification process of asphalt without chemical reaction;The results of rod thin layer chromatography show that the aging degree of REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt is lower than that of SBS modified asphalt;From the results of fluorescence microscope test,it can be seen that the modifier in REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt is evenly dispersed and closely structured compared with SBS modified asphalt;Compared with matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,the conventional properties of REOB/SBS composite modified asphalt are generally better,but the ductility is slightly lower than SBS modified asphalt,which has better storage stability,rheological properties and aging properties. |
