Research On The Design Of Customized Mobile Catering Vehicles Under The Background Of Street Stall Econom

Stall catering is an important part of the stall economy,but with the change of social consumption environment,the competitive advantage of the industry has gradually faded and become a marginal form of consumption.Scholars in the fields of economics and management at home and abroad have made suggestions and suggestions to enhance the positive social value of the stall economy,but the society pays little attention to the research of its hardware and support facilities.At present,the level of customized development of mobile catering vehicles for the stall catering industry in China is low,and the phenomenon of product homogenization,irregular operation,poor sanitary conditions and so on is widespread,if it does not get rid of the traditional model,it will be difficult to adapt to the new social consumption environment,so it is of great significance for the research and innovative design of mobile catering vehicles.Based on the scenario of local stall catering,this paper studies the scenario elements and demand balance of mobile catering vehicles under the personalized customization mode,and carries out design innovation in this way.First of all,the research and analysis of the stall economy,personalized customization,and mobile catering vehicles are carried out to establish a research background.Secondly,the scenario analysis method is introduced into the design research of customized mobile catering vehicles,and the four major elements in the design of customized mobile catering vehicles are studied in depth in combination with the stall scenario,and the large number of user appeals obtained are classified and characterized by combining relevant specifications and KANO models.Then,in terms of demand conversion,the design positioning and integration of the functions of the mobile catering vehicle are combined with the demand level,the hardware and application design framework of the mobile catering vehicle are determined,and the design principles of the mobile catering vehicle are summarized.Finally,based on the needs of different stakeholders,the hardware facilities and mobile terminal applications of mobile catering vehicles were designed to create a new model of ground stall catering operation that integrates catering sales and purchase,vehicle customization and application,and stall operation and management.And the use of the Likert scale to evaluate the design results,put forward optimization suggestions for the subsequent design,for guiding the benign development of stall catering has certain application value.
