In the cultural inheritance and design application of ethnic patterns,in order to fully meet the design needs of different users,a personalized customization method for ethnic cultural and creative products based on user images is proposed.The research is carried out from three aspects: Miao pattern design based on extension representation and neural network,personalized customization of cultural and creative products based on continuous fuzzy kano model,and construction of personalized customized APP system for ethnic cultural and creative products based on user image:(1)Aiming at the cultural inheritance and design application of Miao patterns,an innovative design method of ethnic patterns based on extension representation and neural network is proposed.Firstly,the Miao batik pattern is characterized by extension,and the divergent tree method is used to construct the design growth stage model to expand the analysis of the Miao pattern primitives.Secondly,based on the perceptual image analysis of Miao batik patterns based on perceptual engineering,a pattern deconstruction method oriented to pattern configuration,pattern semantics and types is proposed,and the deconstruction space of pattern feature elements and the cognitive space of emotional image are constructed.Use neural network to construct perceptual prediction model to recommend design elements such as pattern configuration according to user's image preference,and to converge design thinking.Finally,according to the characteristic elements recommended by the neural network perceptual prediction model,shape grammar is used to refine the design of Miao batik patterns.Take the Miao batik pattern as an example to verify the feasibility of this method and provide reference for the deconstruction and innovative design of other ethnic patterns.(2)In order to improve the user's participation and satisfaction in product customization,a product customization method based on continuous fuzzy kano model and joint analysis is proposed.First,acquire user needs based on the three-level cultural theory,and obtain user needs classification and priority ranking through the continuous fuzzy kano model;second,use joint analysis to transform user needs into specific product design elements,and establish the relationship between user needs and product attributes.Finally,according to the relative importance and level utility value of the product attributes,combined with the improved shape grammar,the next step of product design is carried out.Take the Miao batik style canvas bag as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.(3)According to the above-mentioned methods of individual customization of ethnic cultural and creative products,a conceptual prototype system for the personalized customization of ethnic cultural and creative products based on user images was proposed,and a database of the personalized custom system for ethnic cultural and creative products was built.Including the three core functions of recommending the main pattern of the pattern based on the user's image,designing the ethnic pattern based on the user's needs,and customizing the ethnic pattern as the three core functions of cultural and creative products,providing personalized product customization services for different users.
