Spatial-temporal Evolution And Planning Strategies Of Rural Value Reconstruction From The Perspective Of Cultural And Tourism Integration

Since the official establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2018,the concept of cultural and tourism integration and the thinking of cultural and tourism operation have been elevated to the strategic thinking at the national level to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and meet people’s needs for a better life.At present,China’s rural revitalization is turning to high-quality development stage,gradually promoting rural industry development quality and competitiveness,and cultural and tourism integration is one of the effective ways.Under this opportunity,rural areas can activate and innovate excellent traditional culture by mining and developing intrinsic value,promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional tourism,develop experiential and interactive cultural and tourism products,and achieve sustainable development goals.From the academic perspective,the related research on the integration of rural revitalization and cultural tourism is in the ascendance,including the motivation,mode,path and effect of rural cultural tourism,but limited to the development dimension and theoretical logic of cultural tourism industry.Therefore,exploring the connotation of rural value,synergy and corresponding planning strategies under the background of cultural and tourism integration has certain theoretical and practical significance for improving the quality of rural development,realizing the prosperity of rural culture and ensuring the local employment of villagers.This paper based on the theory of multiple value,the value chain,coordination,etc,summarizes the countryside tour industry value chain model,and to the connotation of the value of rural reconstruction before and after the refactoring changes,interpretation of reconstruction in the process of production-culture-ecological-life value system,the synergy between build brigade fusion point of view of value of rural reconstruction level evaluation index system.In this paper,eleven central cities in Zhejiang Province were selected as the research objects.Two mathematical models,coupling coordination model and grey correlation degree,were used to explore the spatio-temporal evolution trend and influencing factors of the overall level of rural value reconstruction and coupling coordination degree from 2015 to 2019,and the following conclusions were mainly drawn:(1)The overall level of rural value reconstruction shows a steady upward trend,and the coupling coordination degree of rural value reconstruction gradually changes from a moderate coupling coordination state to a high coupling coordination state,which reflects the comprehensive and coordinated characteristics of rural development under the cultural and tourism integration strategy.(2)From the spatial dimension,there are significant regional differences in the coupling coordination degree of rural value reconstruction,mainly showing that the coupling coordination degree of rural reconstruction in northern Zhejiang is significantly higher than that in southern Zhejiang,the rural area in the central city of metropolitan area is better than that in the surrounding city,and the coastal rural area in eastern Zhejiang is slightly better than that in the mountainous area in western Zhejiang.(3)The main factors affecting the coupling coordination degree of rural value reconstruction are natural environment,industrial structure,quality of life,employment income and information facilities.At the same time,external factors such as geographical location,transportation network and planning policies also play an important role.(4)Five regional rural planning strategies are proposed based on the internal and external influencing factors of rural value reconstruction.By taking the rural cultural resources and ecological resources as the planning guidance,making full use of the radiation role of central cities,improving the county-level public service facilities step by step,eliminating the barriers of administrative divisions,and scientifically promoting the construction of rural informatization,the high quality development of rural areas can be realized.
