Research On Post-project Evaluation Of Electric Power System Based On Multi-objective Analytic Hierarchy Process

The Post-project evaluation of the power transmission grid construction is an important part of the whole process of scientific management, it has analyzed the process of construction project management and economic efficiency, improve the investment strategy to improve economic efficiency and management level. At present, our discussion of the results of the Post-project evaluation of the power transmission is not much, evaluation of the project has not formed a complete theory, methods and application of knowledge system. Therefore, the paper research in this regard in-depth, in order to improve and sustainable development of the Power Transmission Project propose practical measures, provide lessons for future decision-making and management of investment projects.Firstly,This paper describes the background and significance, focuses on the domestic situation and development trend of research,and describe the research methods to be adopted. Secondly, elaborated on the four parts of the relevant power transmission investment projects evaluation, including the execution of program evaluation, technical performance evaluation grid projects, economic evaluation, social impact assessment. Then, we use comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy method to construct the Post-project evaluation index system,which suitable for China’s power transmission grid project, describes the index weight calculation method, established the Post-project evaluation model of power transmission project. Finally, This paper takes Luoyang Mengjin220KV power transmission project for the specific case, through empirical analysis to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the method and evaluation index system, the post-project evaluation findings are summarized analysis, the effect of the implementation of the project for the gifted. This study has some reference value for the construction management and evaluation of future power transmission project, the project will help improve the scientific management level, improve investment decisions, improve investment efficiency.
