The automobile industry is an "integrated" industry featuring high-degree coordination among divisions and a complete supply chain(upstream, midstream and downstream). There is a hierarchy of subjects, including manufacturers, suppliers and logistics providers, and different subjects have different production needs. So far,the outbreak and aftermath of COVID-19 have posed a huge blow to the global automotive supply chains. The results incurred from it include undersupply of parts to some OEMs,labor and logistics cost improvement caused by cross-regional labor transfer difficulty, seriously prolonged delivery cycles of finished automobiles, and a major adjustment to the global layout of the automobile supply chain. This paper will first review existing domestic and foreign studies on supply chains, introduce the cooperation modes among the upstream, midstream and downstream links of an automobile supply chain, and introduce the connotation of “resilience”--the core of this study--and the current research status;then describe the current distribution of global automobile supply chains, and qualitatively analyze the typical modes of "the Relationship between OEM Enterprises and Parts Enterprises" based on historical literature,to lay a foundation for later modeling;finally, establish an IAF-LSTM based resilience research model for the Relationship between OEM Enterprises and Parts Enterprises considering the characteristics of auto supply chain datasets and the advantages of related models.Representative OEM enterprises and parts enterprises in the automobile industry are selected for the case study.Resilience research is conducted on the transaction data between OEM enterprises and parts enterprises. Finally, the author determines that the "parts enterprises bid" mode is the most resilient to the sudden risk of the supply chain, and able to restore the normal operation of the supply chain in the shortest time. This paper summarizes the current typical models of "the Relationship between OEM Enterprises and Parts Enterprises" globally from a qualitative point of view and constructs an IAF-LSTM based resilience research model for the Relationship between OEM Enterprises and Parts Enterprises on the basis of data characteristics from a quantitative point of view, which is the innovativeness of this paper. In addition to its contribution to theoretical research, this paper can also help OEMs and parts manufacturers adjust their relationship in the supply chain in practice,so as to continuously improve the overall anti-risk ability of the automobile supply chain.
