As an integrated industry characterized by "long industry chain, large collaboration and large manufacturing",a complete and strong supply chain is a prerequisite for the healthy development and normal operation of automobile manufacturers in the industry. However,in recent years, sudden disturbances such as international political and economic changes, natural and man-made disasters and other unexpected disturbances have occurred frequently, making the supply chain of automobile enterprises often face the risk of "broken chains",while the increasingly prominent problem of "lack of people, goods and money" has also exposed the shortcomings in the construction of the automotive supply chain--Flexibility but not resilience. The traditional strategic thinking of automotive companies is to use the flexibility of the supply chain to flexibly arrange production plans under the guidance of lean production management thinking, thereby achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase, but neglected to build the resilience of the supply chain. In the current context,it is clear that a supply chain plan that only focuses on flexibility and emphasizes lean production cannot solve the problem of chain breakage, and the construction and strengthening of a resilient supply chain system needs to be put on the agenda.Based on the above background, this paper analyses the relevant domestic and international literature from the perspectives of automotive supply chain, supply chain resilience, enterprise resilience evaluation and supply chain resilience evaluation, and puts forward the idea of breaking the current stage of automotive enterprises’ problems through evaluation methods.Based on the resource-based theory, dynamic capability theory and complex system adaptive theory, combined with the word frequency statistics of related literature and the actual problems of enterprises, this paper conducts reliability, validity and exploratory factor analysis based on the sequential perspective of before, during and after the occurrence of disturbances, and finally determines five dimensions, including anticipation capability, response capability, adaptation capability, recovery capability and learning growth capability. The evaluation index system was finally determined to include5 dimensions and 18 secondary indicators, including anticipation, responsiveness, adaptability, resilience and learning and growth ability. Then, based on the adjusted questionnaire,we obtained the expert scores and used hierarchical analysis to determine the specific weights of each dimension and the secondary indicators under each dimension. Finally, based on the determined evaluation index system, based on grey correlation analysis and TOSIS method, the evaluation of each dimension and each secondary indicator under the dimension was carried out.The paper also analyses the impact of each secondary indicator on its dimension. This paper constructs a supply chain resilience evaluation index system for Z car company, and evaluates and proposes recommendations, which,on the one hand, provides a basis for Z car company to find the weaknesses in the construction of supply chain resilience and reform to improve its supply chain resilience,on the other hand, also provides other homogeneous enterprises with a new idea to solve the problem of decisive chain-to build a resilient supply chain.New ideas. In addition, this paper applies gray correlation analysis and TOSIS method to construct evaluation models of resilience dimensions and secondary indicators from two perspectives, which is an exploration of automotive supply chain resilience evaluation research and further enriches the relevant research on evaluation index system.
