With the continuous development of the national economy and the continuous increase of social activities,people’s demand and requirements for travel are also increasing.However,the existing passenger transport facilities and transportation organization means can no longer meet the increasing passenger flow demand.In particular,for busy trunk lines,the transportation density tends to be saturated,and the transportation capacity can no longer be improved by increasing the use of EMUs alone,Therefore,the enhancement of railway capacity based on inherent facilities and equipment has become the main direction to release transportation efficiency.Railway transportation is mainly to ensure the normal economic activities of the country.At the same time,it should also take into account the transportation income,and control the cost without affecting the railway capacity as far as possible.As the main mobile equipment and transportation tool on the high-speed railway line,the investment cost of EMU accounts for a large proportion of the high-speed railway construction expenditure.The rational use of multiple units can not only improve the transmission capacity of highspeed rail lines and meet the needs of passengers to the greatest extent,but also avoid putting too many multiple units into operation.On the premise of safety,each multiple unit can be used to complete more transportation tasks to the greatest extent,so as to control operation and management costs and ensure transportation benefits.Therefore,how to adjust the allocation of EMU resources through transportation organization to optimize the utilization of line transmission capacity has practical significance,which is also the main research content of this paper.Based on the supply-demand matching of high-speed railway passenger transport market and the relevant practical factors of EMU resources,this paper carries out the following research work:(1)This paper analyzes the operation and turnover mode of domestic high-speed railway EMUs,combs the relevant resource elements of EMUs,analyzes the influence of reconnection,unmarshalling operation and vehicle type factors on the operation efficiency of EMUs and their correlation in the actual operation of high-speed railway,expounds the operation plan and mode of EMUs,and analyzes the interaction between train diagram and EMU Operation on this basis,It lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of spatiotemporal state network later.(2)Based on the above theoretical analysis,this paper further studies the correlation between passenger transport and EMU resource allocation,establishes the adaptation relationship between passenger transport demand and EMU resources under the condition of supply-demand matching,and deeply discusses the necessity and practical significance of optimizing the utilization of high-speed railway line transmission capacity with comprehensive consideration of EMU resource turnover,It also lays a foundation for the construction of the model and the selection of the algorithm.(3)In this paper,the two-dimensional train connection network is constructed by referring to the space-time constraints of the train connection network,and the threedimensional train connection network is constructed based on the mathematical conditions of the multi train connection network,A small-scale case is designed to verify the rationality of the model.(4)The model problem is abstractly analyzed,the problem scale is determined,the common meta heuristic algorithms are selected to compare their advantages and disadvantages,the adaptability of various algorithms to the model problem is analyzed,and finally the heuristic tabu search algorithm is determined as the main framework to solve the calculation,and the generation steps of the initial feasible solution and the rules of neighborhood movement are given.Finally,taking the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway as an example,the algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the satisfactory solution is obtained through multiple iterations.The solution results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and the practical significance of the research work,and also provide relevant theoretical support for the optimization of high-speed railway transportation organization.
