Study On The Path Of Territorial Spatial Planning From The Perspective Of Landscape

From urban and rural planning to territory spatial planning,it shows a major transformation of spatial governance in China: from spatial governance of urban and rural construction to comprehensive management of land.As the embodiment of the relationship between man and land,the territorial landscape is an important link between nature and culture,and its quality directly reflects the overall level of space governance.With the concept of ecological civilization put forward,the construction of a beautiful land has become an important goal of comprehensive management of territorial space,requiring territory spatial planning to be included in the landscape perspective,guided by the quality of territorial landscape,and innovative spatial planning methods and methods.Through literature research,comparative analysis,GIS spatial analysis and other research methods,this paper explores the mode and path of territory spatial planning from the landscape perspective in view of the problems of territorial landscape quality and the shortcomings in the construction of beautiful land in China,tries to establish a link between the quality of territorial landscape and the value goal of spatial planning,and introduces the method of landscape control in spatial governance to construct a territory spatial planning method from the perspective of landscape.The first part,ask questions.Sort out the development mileage and research progress of key technical methods of China’s territory spatial planning reform,summarize the experience of spatial planning and territorial landscape control at home and abroad,point out the shortcomings in the current construction of China’s land and landscape,and provide experience reference and construction ideas for the research of territory spatial planning methods from the perspective of landscape in China.The second part is to construct a theoretical framework for territory spatial planning from the perspective of landscape.Starting from the three-layer connotation of humanland relationship,the target system of land spatial planning is constructed;the core role of landscape in territory spatial planning management is positioned based on the comprehensive attributes and scale characteristics of landscape;three modes of spatial planning control are proposed according to the different landscape objects;through the introduction of landscape morphological characteristics and behavioral intensity elements,a three-dimensional control mode of form,function and intensity based on landscape is constructed,forming a comprehensive territory spatial control system integrating spirit,ecology and resource value.The third part,based on the theoretical framework of territory spatial planning management constructed in the previous part,improves and perfects the technical system of the current territory spatial planning preparation from the perspective of landscape,proposes the technical process and control method of landscape-based territory spatial planning,and explains how to integrate landscape assessment,landscape protection and landscape management into territory spatial planning from the two aspects of spatial planning unit division and spatial zone control,so as to realize the three-dimensional control of spatial form and function based on landscape unit.In the fourth part,taking the Mentougou District of Beijing as an example,based on the results of the existing territory spatial planning of Mentougou,the landscape perspective is introduced,the landscape Characteristics Assessment research is carried out on Mentougou,the division of the territory spatial planning unit and the demarcation of planning zoning are analyzed,and the optimization content of the territory spatial planning is proposed from the perspective of landscape,which provides practical ideas for improving the territory spatial planning method and promoting the protection of local characteristics and the construction of beautiful land.
