The proposal of the "One Belt,One Road" initiative has promoted the economic and trade exchanges between China and other countries and the development of international freight business, and also played an important role in promoting the construction of the China-Europe logistics network.Since the opening of the China Railway Express, the rapid popularization of railway container transportation has become one of the most important logistics methods between China, the Eurasian Economic Union(EEU)and the European Union(EU).At present,China-Europe trains has reached 71 cities in China, and it has reached 67 cities in 19 countries in Europe. As of the end of December 2021,China-Europe freight trains have operated a total of 48,814 trains over the years, with a volume of 4.432 million TEUs.The China Railway Express has become a new step on the road of economic and commercial development.Russia is one of the most important transit countries and destinations for the China Railway Express.First of all,in view of the geographical location, the eastern, central and western passages of the China Railway Express all pass-through Russia.Second, some of the China-Europe freight train lines pass through the ports on the Sino-Russian border, including Manzhouli-Zabaikalsk and Suifenhe-Grodekovo.In addition,in 2021,the import and export growth of China and Russia will reach 35-36%,and the annual trade volume growth will stabilize at the level of 20-25%,and the two governments have planned to increase this indicator to $200 billion per year by 2024.The figure was set at the 38 th meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 4,2022,while sticking to the direction set earlier. The talks established a "roadmap" for the growth of trade in goods and services between the two sides. With the continuous development of the China-Europe freight train in the direction of Russia, its influence on the economic and trade cooperation along the "Belt and Road" is also increasing. However, from the current situation, there are still some problems to be solved.Especially in the global political and economic situation, including trade wars, sanctions, etc.,there are many logistics and transportation barriers between Russia and China, which need to be overcome as soon as possible. Therefore, this paper summarizes the basic status of the three major transport channel, border ports, nodes, operating cities, and the overall distribution of the China-Europe trains through investigation and research, and uses the SWOT analysis method to study the current main problems of the ChinaEurope and China-Russia trains.Based on the regression analysis method, the demand of some cities is predicted.According to the consideration of multiple factors of the ChinaEurope freight train, and using the basis of transportation problems, the route selection analysis and optimization of the China-Europe freight train(Russia direction)are carried out.20 cities in China, including Xi’an,Chongqing,Harbin,Dalian,Tianjin,Urumqi,Zhengzhou,Chengdu,Lanzhou,Jinan,Guangzhou,Qingdao,Yingkou,Hefei,Nanjing,Yiwu,Xiamen,Wuhan,Suzhou,Shenyang, through 5 border ports in China, including Alashankou,Horgos,Manzhouli,Erenhot,Suifenhe,to Moscow,Russia, the best route plan. Finally,by drawing the Ishikawa diagram to describe the existing main factors, analyze the importance of each factor based on expert evaluation, and put forward some suggestions related to the China-Europe/China-Russia trains from four aspects.
