Research On Optimization Of Financial Management Information System Of Company C

Company C is a subsidiary of a state-owned group.Since the establishment of the internal and external networks in 2010,the informatization work has been carried out for more than ten years.The company has successively built an OA collaborative office system,a project management information system and a financial NCC accounting system.The above are referred to as OA system,project management system and financial system respectively.However,Company C currently needs the business personnel and financial personnel to manually fill in the above three systems for the same business,and the financial statements required by the management are also manually summarized by the financial personnel.Not only is the business data disconnected from the financial data,the company’s financial decision is also significantly lags behind business progress.At present,the mainstream trend is to connect the independent business system with the financial system by means of information technology,to realize the integration of business and finance of the enterprise,to put the financial management from the postsupervision to the pre-control and the in-process control,and the management can also view the various data to improve decision-making efficiency.Therefore,this paper has carried out research work based on the design and implementation management of company C’s financial management information system optimization project.This paper sorted out the business process of financial management of company C’s current system,and compared it with the latest development status of domestic and foreign financial systems.It is found that not only because the three information systems are independent of each other,but the basic data has no unified management standard,which means the system integration will be difficult;at the meantime,the financial work of the existing information system is not only highly repetitive,but is incomplete as well,also means there is still a long way to achieve comprehensive budget control and financial analysis.Therefore,the main work of this paper includes:(1)Establish company C’s data standard management system: Sort out the basic data required for the company’s daily operations,and unify their coding system,after that implement the application of various data standards according to the system,to build system data interfaces between the information systems;(2)Optimizing design of financial management information system: Build data interfaces between the three information systems,aiming to optimize the financial business processing processes,and to realize the automatic bookkeeping of the account book accounting module by supplementing the lack of financial business processes,can reduce the dependence of business processing on labor;at the same time,build a comprehensive budget management module of the financial system and an enterprise financial analysis module,to support management decision-making;(3)Propose safeguard measures for the implementation of the system optimization project:Because the project involves a wide range and has a long implementation period,make detailed plans of the project organization,project communication management,project planning management,progress of the project,project quality,project risk management,project testing and project acceptance management to ensures the smooth implementation of optimization project.
