| In recent years,due to the comprehensive impact of economy and market competition,the total amount of intelligent traffic design business of H company shows a downward trend.In order to maintain the team size,the company began to undertake small and medium-sized design projects,and the project group appeared.Compared with a single project,the resource competition and duration conflict in the project group are significantly increased,and uncertain factors are common,which makes the progress control of the project group more complex.At present,H company mainly adopts Gantt chart,critical path method and other traditional tools to prepare the schedule.These methods do not consider the constraint relationship between the resources required by each process.At the same time,due to the influence of human factors,the process time is estimated too long and the utilization rate is low,which finally leads to the lack of practical significance of the schedule.Therefore,H company urgently needs to apply more scientific methods to meet the schedule management needs of intelligent traffic design project group.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept of critical chain,analyzes and compares the differences between critical chain method and critical path method,and briefly introduces the basic assumptions and application process of critical chain theory.Then it systematically expounds the definition,process and general characteristics of intelligent traffic and its design projects.Then,combined with the intelligent traffic design project of H company,it analyzes the current situation of intelligent traffic design project schedule management of H company,summarizes the problems existing in this kind of project group schedule management of H company,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Therefore,the characteristics of the intelligent traffic design project group of H company and the requirements of schedule management are obtained.Then,by introducing the basic method of "critical chain",combined with the characteristics of H company’s intelligent traffic design project group and its schedule management requirements,aiming at the problems existing in the implementation of the project group,such as design human resource conflict,short design period and more uncertain impact,a general model method suitable for H company’s intelligent traffic design project group schedule management is constructed.Focus on improving the application process and key parameters of the critical chain method by standardizing the work breakdown structure,optimizing the estimation method of process safety time,clarifying the allocation rules of constrained resources,simplifying the setting and calculation of buffer zone,and refining the dynamic monitoring mechanism of buffer zone,so as to solve the practical problems such as the partial conceptualization of critical chain technology and complex implementation to a certain extent.Finally,through the case application analysis,it is verified that the constructed schedule management model based on critical chain can effectively improve the problems existing in the schedule management process of intelligent traffic design project group of H company,such as poor schedule flexibility,insufficient risk response measures,serious human resource conflict and difficult to judge schedule delay,and effectively shorten the construction period.This paper also puts forward four suggestions on project group schedule management for H company,which will help to improve the scientificity of project group schedule management of H company,improve the efficiency of project management of H company,reduce the risk of project group management,and then enhance the competitiveness of H company in intelligent traffic design industry. |
