Study On The Schedule Management Of Relocation Project Group

Since the beginning of the 20th National Congress,with the continuous deepening of economic structure,governments at all levels have increased their investment in relocation housing involving important livelihood projects.These projects can not only promote the development of local economy and promote local employment,but also improve local people’s livelihood and reduce social conflicts caused by unequal living conditions.In recent years,with the stable and increasing development situation of resettlement housing projects,the scale of resettlement housing projects is also increasing,and resettlement projects are more and more showing the scale development trend of project groups.They all have the characteristics of huge investment amount,wide project area and large number of people involved.At present,the traditional project schedule management methods,whether Gantt chart method,network planning technology,or S-curve comparison method,are through the construction experience to manage the project schedule,so there is a lot of safe time to estimate the project duration,so that the estimated duration is too long;Moreover,various resource constraints that may or will appear in the construction process are not taken into account.The project schedule management lags behind and cannot meet the needs of the project schedule management,which requires a more scientific and reasonable method to manage the project schedule.This paper takes Langfang Airport Economic Zone relocation housing project cluster as the research object,introduces the basic situation of the project cluster and the application method of schedule planning management.According to the actual requirements in the project cluster construction contract,the theory of schedule management of project cluster is applied to study the schedule control of the project cluster,and the schedule of the project cluster is optimized by using the key chain technology.Ensure that the project group meets the contract duration requirements both in the planning and implementation process.On the basis of previous studies,this paper uses the principle of critical chain technology,analyzes the advantages of the application of critical chain technology in project group schedule management,optimizes the implementation plan of project group schedule management in relocation engineering,and enricheds the theoretical system of project group schedule management in construction engineering.The research results of this paper can accumulate experience and provide certain reference for the progress management of government-led relocation projects.It is especially suitable for the situation where the project scale is large and the contract period is strict.It can not only ensure the completion of the project schedule on time,but also make contributions to maintaining social stability and reducing government public expenditure.
