| In the 14th five-year plan,the State Grid Corporation proposed the strategic goal of building“International leading energy internet enterprise with Chinese characteristics”.The competency model can improve the knowledge and skills of the staff,tap the potential of the staff,guide the development of the staff correctly,provide the high-quality talent supply for the sustainable development of the company,and cultivate the loyalty of the core talents,so that the company’s development plan,recruitment management,training management,performance management,salary management,organizational planning and so on to be improved.The research work in this paper is helpful to enrich and perfect the academic research progress in the state-owned enterprise training theory.In addition,this study can improve the middle-level managers of Xinjiang Electric Power Company for their own job recognition and matching of the functional tasks,on the other hand,it can also enhance the middle-level managers’ sense of identity and belonging to the company,and then unify the personal development goals and the organizational development goals,based on the organization’s synchronous development mode of thinking,thus forming a stronger organizational cohesion.The full-text research work in the rational use of literature,questionnaires,face-to-face interviews and other research methods under the premise of,according to the actual training needs of the middle-level managers in the daily work of Xinjiang Electric Power Company,this paper comprehensively and systematically combs the current training system and the problems in the training system of Xinjiang Electric Power Company,and based on the problems of the proposed targeted solutions.First,through a systematic review of the research materials related to academic competence,a series of research theories and concepts related to the research work of this paper are comprehensively summarized,secondly,it investigates the current training system and the actual training situation of Xinjiang Electric Power Company,effectively combing out the company’s current middle-level managers for a series of training work in the existing deficiencies.On this basis,combined with the results of field research to build a competency-oriented analysis of the effective model;Based on the competency model,this paper puts forward some effective optimization and improvement suggestions for the training system of middle-level managers in Xinjiang Electric Power Company.Through the research,we draw the following conclusions:first,through questionnaire analysis pointed out that,there are some problems in the training system,such as lack of objective basis,simple and extensive training contents and courses,vague definition of training objectives,single training form and method,etc Secondly,based on the inadequacies of the middle-level manager training system currently adopted by Xinjiang Electric Power Company,the competency model is designed,we try our best to provide a theoretical reference for the company to carry out the recruitment,training and performance management of middle-level managers.Third,based on the competency model of design,from the analysis of training needs to the implementation of training plans and follow-up evaluation and other aspects of the proposed targeted security measures,to ensure that the competency model-based training system can be truly implemented.This paper focuses on the training system of middle-level managers in Xinjiang Electric Power Company,which aims to improve the training effect of middle-level managers and to solve the problem of post competency standard in training.At the same time,this study can also provide some theoretical and practical guidance for other similar enterprises to carry out similar training work. |
