With the continuous development of economy and society,power enterprises are making efforts to transform,and their talent structure has also changed significantly.At present,State Grid Corporation of China has taken the lead in the development of UHV,smart grid and clean energy in the world,and the independent construction and operation of the "two AC and four DC" UHV transmission project is at the forefront of the world.Under the influence of these high-tech and cutting-edge technologies,electric power enterprises have more demand for human resources,and highly educated and skilled compound talents have become the new support for human resources of enterprises.In terms of how to cultivate the talents needed for enterprise development and how to play a positive role,electric power enterprises have made a lot of attempts,and training has been increasingly concerned by various units,and has become an important part of human resources work.Due to the large scale of the organization of the power enterprise,the strong traces of the planned economic system,and the obvious lag of the management thinking and training methods behind the needs of the enterprise,many human resources training projects are difficult to put into practice or the training effect is not satisfactory.This study is based on the actual situation of electric power enterprises,on the premise of in-depth investigation of the training work of electric power enterprises,and based on the competency theory,analyzes the competency of professional and skilled personnel of electric power enterprises,and applies the competency model to the training work,making the training work more efficient and scientific,so as to promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality of professional and skilled personnel and adapt to the development needs of enterprises.At present,the training research based on competency model has not been carried out on a large scale in power enterprises,so it is very necessary to study and discuss the training system of professional and skilled personnel based on competency model.This paper,based on the actual situation of Linfen Power Supply Company,uses the theories of management,human resource management,sociology,etc.,and uses the methods of questionnaire,field survey,in-depth interview,etc.,to conduct an in-depth analysis of the training system of Linfen Power Supply Company,and points out that there are problems in Linfen Power Supply Company,such as insufficient demand for the training of professional skilled personnel,training content can not meet the development goals of employees,and lack of the selection of trainers.According to the capability model of Linfen Power Supply Company,it is divided into horizontal and vertical levels,and its quality requirements are analyzed in detail,and the training of professional and skilled personnel of Linfen Power Supply Company is described in detail,and how to ensure the company’s sustainable,healthy and stable development is expounded from the aspects of organization,system,capital,logistics,etc.
