In order to solve the problem of "difficult to find vehicles and goods" in highway trunk lines,the freight platform of intercity vehicle transportation network arises at the historic moment.The freight platform of intercity vehicle transport network is in the stage of rapid development.It is very important to establish the evaluation system of the freight platform of intercity vehicle transport network,whether from the perspective of the actual carrier,or from the perspective of the freight platform of intercity vehicle transport network,or from the perspective of the market environment requirements of the government.Based on the above,at present our country inter-city freight transportation network platform for vehicle evaluation system to build more from the perspective of the customer,based on the point of view of the actual carrier for the construction of the inter-city freight transportation network platform for vehicle evaluation system research is less,so the construction of the inter-city vehicle transport network from the perspective of different freight platform evaluation system,and the longitudinal index analysis of priority,It is very important for the actual carrier to choose the optimal carrier platform and the follow-up operation of the freight platform itself in the intercity vehicle transportation network and to promote the development of the market environment.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the construction of evaluation system for selecting freight platform of intercity vehicle transportation network from the perspective of actual carrier.Firstly,the freight platform of intercity vehicle transportation network is classified and the advantages and disadvantages of different platforms are summarized based on the method of induction and summary,which lays a foundation for the evaluation and ranking of platforms in the following paper.In addition,the present situation and problems of freight platform of intercity vehicle transport network are summarized and discussed,and the requirements of establishing freight platform evaluation system of intercity vehicle transport network are analyzed from the perspective of actual carrier,freight platform of intercity vehicle transport network,government and other market environment requirements.Secondly,an evaluation system is constructed based on the current situation and problems of freight platform of intercity vehicle transportation network.Interviews with actual carriers,executives and employees of actual carriers are used to determine the primary evaluation indicators.The questionnaire survey method and SPSS software were used to conduct reliability analysis of the questionnaire and relevant data analysis to determine the four standard levels of platform settlement ability,platform intelligence ability,platform business signing ability and platform system regulation ability.The final evaluation system of seven sub-criterion layers,namely,freight settlement time limitation,freight price,convenience of post-steam service,convenience of APP,decline of empty driving rate,platform visibility,and penalty of transportation process,is then determined based on AHP.Finally,based on TOPSIS method,MATLAB is used to rank the evaluation,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn: performance platform > matching platform > co-driver platform > customer incubation platform.Then,the priority of indicators is ranked vertically,and the indicators that can be optimized and improved by the platform’s own operation are summarized from the perspective of actual carriers.It is hoped that the construction of the evaluation index system is not only from the perspective of customers,but also from the perspective of the actual carrier.It should be constructed from different perspectives,and then it is hoped to provide some reference significance for the improvement and operation of the freight platform of the intercity vehicle transportation network.
