| Since the 21st century,the relevant education administrative departments of the state have recognized the positive role of increasing the development of Vocational Education in improving the basic quality of the national labor force and serving the local economic benefits.In 2019,the State Council issued the national vocational education reform implementation plan,which proposed that the relevant education administrative departments of the state should strengthen guidance,promote the three parties of governments,vocational colleges and enterprises at all levels to jointly build a number of high-level practical training bases that share resources such as practical teaching,social training and real production of enterprises[1].However,the domestic research on the training base projects of Vocational Colleges mostly exists in the research on the teaching curriculum system,the function of the training base and the management mode of the training base.The research on the life-cycle risk management of the training base projects is less.The purpose of this dissertation is to enrich the research on the life-cycle risk management of the training base projects.On the basis of risk management related research and risk management theory of various projects at home and abroad,combined with the construction of railway comprehensive training project in A college,this dissertation mainly studies the risk management of the whole life cycle of the project through the following contents.By combing the research status and theory of risk management,summarizing and analyzing the identification,evaluation and response methods of risk management,At the same time,the risk assessment methods suitable for this study were screened out.Through literature research,taking the railway comprehensive training base project in A college as an example,19 risk factors are preliminarily identified.Using expert interview method to screen and supplement the risks identified by literature research method,25 risk factors were finally identified.In the study of risk evaluation,the data is collected through the questionnaire,and the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of risk factors.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the railway comprehensive training project in A college,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out on the project.The risk level of the project is obtained as general risk.According to the risk assessment results,specific countermeasures and suggestions are given for the risk factors in the whole life cycle of the project.There are 6 figures,14 tables and 63 references in this dissertation. |
